January2024 - Due to a pipe leak over the winter, the leak caused water damage to part of ceiling and wall in the utility room which houses the washing machine. The fridge has been moved into the kitchen temporarily. Once there is a spell of dry weather, our builder will be renovating the utility room.

Lovely place to stay. Near to the local Indian takeaway. Quiet street. Quite soundproof. Few minutes walk down the hill to the shops, harbour/port & cafes bars & pubs. Loads of cuisine to choose from. The house is lovely and warm, cosy, spacious. Modern interior. Great power shower. Large bathroom. Comfy bedroom and lovely bed linen soft & fresh. Only slight thing that didnt suit us in particular is the rear garden. This is accessible by stoney steps leading up to the garden which is on the same level as the child back bedroom. We have an elderly dog who did manage the steps a couple of times only so he got a few extra walks.
