With three bedrooms (One double bedroom with en-suite, one king-size bedroom and one single bedroom with a small single bed), one bathroom and a shower room, the property sleeps five guests. The spacious living area boasts a Juliet balcony with views stretching to Start Point lighthouse and beyond. Additionally, guests have use of the communal gardens, outdoor swimming pool, and all-weather tennis court. Suitable for couples and smaller families, 9 Prospect House is the perfect bolthole for a coastal retreat. Parking for one car at the property plus visitor bays nearby.
