There is a maximum of 4 overnight occupants including children. Please comply as we do enforce the occupancy limit. As a courtesy to all guests on site, any pets must be approved to make sure a safe and quieter environment is provided. Please send a note prior to booking with the age, breed and weight of the requested pet(s). We allow a maximum of 2 pets for guests of 3 or less and 1 pet with 4 more guests. While we love dogs, constant barkers are discouraged and we request that the pet not be left alone for an extended period of time. We also request that all dogs be walked off-site for potty purposes. There are many spots very nearby. Dogs must be kept on leash at all times in common walkways. The unit is located within walking distance to the best restaurants, beaches, shopping, festivals, art galleries, museums and activities that Laguna Beach offers yet it is in a quieter location. As a courtesy to all the owner limits occupancy to ensure that all guests and neighbors will have a quiet, peaceful and wonderful stay. No Vaping, Smoking or drug use is allowed on the property.

This property has been owned by the same owners since 1996. Considerable effort is made to maintain it in excellent condition. The views are unmatched for the village area as typically one needs to go high up into the hills to get such a fantastic view. This property with its unique location offers the best of up-close ocean views and sunsets while having a walk everywhere location. This is not easily found in Laguna Beach and why the property is so highly valued.

This unit is in a back house on the property and is 1 of 3 units. Each unit is set up to maximize the privacy of each unit and occupants. Quiet hours are 9 pm - 6 am. Two (2) Washer/Drying Machines are provided for your use, free of charge. Machines are easily accessible and shared amongst 3 units.

Quiet hours are 9 pm-6 am. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Maximum # of 4 people at the property overnight. No gatherings larger than 6 people. Children must be a minimum of 2 years of age. 2 pet maximum with 3 or less people; 1 pet maximum with 4 people. All pets, including pets of visitors must follow the same pet rules. Dogs must be on leash at all times in common walkways. No constant barkers. Dogs must be walked off site for potty purposes. Dogs must not be left alone for extended periods of time. Please comply. Steps:

There are 4 steps to climb to get to the sidewalk. As you continue to walk up the sidewalk, there are 2 additional sets of 4-5 steps that take you to the stairs that lead to your entry gate. The unit is the entire 2nd level of the property & you will be rewarded with spectacular ocean views/sunset

    My Wife and I stayed in unit A for Thanksgiving weekend. Everything about the home was perfect. The location was great. A short walk to the beach or downtown Laguna. The view on the patio was spectacular. The unit itself was perfect as well and offered everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be coming back soon for another visit.

    We had a wonderful stay in this lovely property. This home is very clean and everything you need from linens to a well furnished kitchen are there for your use. We loved sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Robert is extremely easy to work with and easy to reach with any questions or concerns. It’s a great location close to the beach and town.

    I’ve been coming to Laguna Beach for the past 6 years for vacation and this location did not disappoint. It’s close enough to walk into town and main beach, which is unusual since most rentals are further down the road. The bed was comfortable, accommodations clean and fresh and welcoming! Looking forward to returning in the future!

    This was our second year staying at one of Bob's beautiful properties. We booked a smaller unit and were surprisingly upgraded to this unit a few weeks before our arrival. The views are absolutely stunning! The unit is impeccably maintained and has everything you could want or need for your stay. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the village and beach area are a five minute walk from this unit. Great restaurants are a very short distance away. We highly recommend this property and will indeed be back next year.
