Beautiful setting. House was gorgeous… unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate… highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the Stone Terrace Beach Cottage! The location is truly unbeatable, close to wineries and Sutton's Bay and the house itself is wonderful. Communication with the host, Tom, was seamless and easy from start to finish, which always makes a trip smoother.The layout is perfect for a group. We loved how spacious and comfortable the living and dining areas were. It was the ideal spot for everyone to gather, relax, and hang out. You can tell how much thought went into the home's design, which made us feel welcome and at home.We were able to watch a beautiful sunset from the dock, which was the perfect end to our day (after wine tasting!). We would absolutely recommend this property and hope to return!

We really enjoyed our visit. The cottage was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Tom, our host, was easy to work with. We loved the location on the peninsula where we could kayak, bike and walk.

Great house, plenty of room for people to relax. If the weather would have only cooperated.

The outdoor space is amazing. Having the terraces with different areas to sit and relax makes this unique among most rentals. The view is stunning, as are the sunsets. We were thrilled to be treated to the aurora borealis our first night there! My husband and I loved the peace and quiet. Our dog loved running back and forth in the backyard with her toy and even learned to like playing in the water. None of us wanted to leave. The house is nicely laid out and comfortable. Tom was helpful with any questions we had. We'll be back again for sure.

This is a wonderful property in a wonderful location. The host is excellent also, very responsive. This home is very nicely furnished and the kitchen is well provisioned with all the necessary implements.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed for family dinners and lake fun. Tom was an excellent host. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a lovely little weekend with friends here. Beautiful views and close to Traverse and Suttons Bay for exploring. Our 2 small dogs loved the beach. Best sunsets! Would love to come back one day.

The views at this home are beautiful! We were so happy we were able to bring our family and the dogs. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to cook a full meal. Parts of the home are older and more worn and parts of the home are updated, but we felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. The parking is tight and the home is close to the road on the roadside. Thank you so much for the great communication and the easy check-in process and being so responsive when I had a question about checkout. Also, thank you for your flexibility in helping us find a place that works for our group!

Very attractive home. Terrific views of Suttons Bay. Comfortable furniture and beds. Quality cookware and oven,well equipped. Also very close to groceries etc and downtown. Host was extremely pleasant to communicate with. I reccomend with zero complaints.

Great views of the lake. With a raised deck as well as chairs on the end of the dock. Peaceful.

We enjoyed the house, it was very roomy and had the best views for all the fall colors. Was great to go out on dock very morning for coffee. This may sound crazy but two of my brothers even enjoyed a polar plunge!!! Crazy Right!!!! Loved everything about this place and would love to come back again. Thanks to Tom for all his help,he went over and beyond to make sure we were set for our vacation/wedding time, with family.

Comfortable and well appointed home with a gorgeous view of the bay. Feels secluded even though it’s on a street with many houses. Very close to the darling downtown of Suttons Bay.

Very comfortable and clean. This is our second year staying here and enjoyed it very much. The weather was beautiful, so we took advantage of the chairs on the dock.

Beautiful views of Suttons Bay. The house is great. Bring water socks or similar for your toddler if they want to splash next to the dock.

Wonderful views, quiet neighborhood, nice home

This house offers a quiet getaway for a family. Shallow water for the kids to play. Suttons Bay is quaint and not crowded. Sleeping Bear Dunes is only 30 mins away and a must see. Great trip!!
