Stayed Dec 31, 1969Absolutely loved staying at the cottage. Everything catered for , tastefully furnished and a large very comfortable bed . We enjoyed sitting in the sunny front garden with a cuppa . A perfect holiday location with easy parking .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A comfortable and well equipped cottage which is attractively decorated and presented, we had a relaxing few days in what is a really peaceful location but close to local beaches and villages. Would have no hesitation in returning again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We felt very at home in the cottage. Everything is provided although drying washing is a challenge should you wish to do so. The furniture and decor complement the cottage very well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bed very comfy with nice bedding. The towels provided were very clean and soft. The cottage was just right for the two of us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Small, beautifully furnished cottage in a good location close to beaches in Hunstanton and Holkham and Wells. Titchwell, Pensthorpe and Sandringham nearby. Furniture and furnishings were of good quality and everything was clean and fresh. The kitchen is well equipped with small dining table. The small electric storage heaters were not very effective in heating the place, especially in winter. The shower is small and underpowered. When we had some minor problems they were dealt with promptly.A delightful place to stay and return to.
