This super property has many modern features. The weather was hot and we enjoyed the lovely terrace at the rear. There is easy access to the old town. It’s worth buying a weekly ticket for the West Cliff Lift, just a pity it stops running at 17:30hrs.

Wonderful house, very comfortable, welcoming and homely. Quiet and peaceful and a good nights sleep every night! Location very convenient for Hastings Old Town (once you find the short cuts). Mary, my labrador, loved all the walks and trips to Beachy Head, Eastbourne, Dungeness and Camber Sands. The tour of Battle Abbey and Battlefield was fascinating. Weather variable but still plenty to do. Am sure a future visit will be in order. Very surprised at how welcoming and quirky Hastings is, especially the Old Town.

The views are spectacular, especially from the bed in the main bedroom! The house is full of interesting pictures and furniture and is comfortable.

Very comfortable house in a beautiful location. The house feels likes a home, full of character with an interesting collection of art in every nook and cranny! The newly formed patio garden to the rear of the house is lovely, definitely the place for outdoor dining on a warm evening, The kitchen is small but was more than adequate for our needs. The one feature that I don't think is made much of in the property description is the AMAZING view. The property sits on a natural crescent shaped street high above Hastings town centre and is something we will always remember.

Elegant, light and airy house, with a homely atmosphere. Two large, comfortable sofas. Peaceful suntrap terrace up steps. Good facilities and kitchen equipment. There was a welcome bottle of wine, which was appreciated. Good access to the town but we usually caught a taxi back up the steep hill at the end of the day. Nice little bench in front of the house to take in the sunset and watch the world go by. Lack of electric sockets near bedroom mirrors for hair drying. Single room bed was very creaky. Rear yard a bit dingy and cluttered. Overall, we had a lovely holiday in this characterful town house and the weather was mostly excellent.
