Great home base for our 5 days in Acadia National Park. Everything within 20 minutes. Hint: park at Visitor Center and take free shuttle. Thank you Tim for a great stay.

Both of my kids loved staying there. They had so much fun exploring the loft and games. They discovered the singing fish deco on the last day and had a blast. My husband and I loved how functional the kitchen was. It was a great stay and we would like to go back!!

Great location for our family vacation to Acadia. It was nice staying at Southwest Harbor, quieter than Bar Harbor. The unit was comfy for our family of 5.

Very happy with the place - only warning is that one of the small beds is in with the master bed - if you have a young one, might be a blessing. Location was great, carefully stocked with supplies and the landlord is helpful and responsive.

Loved everything about it. Location was wonderful, clean, private. The entire week was fabulous.

The rental lived up to the description and was conveniently located on Mount Desert Island. It was clean, spacious, the owner was responsive to any questions. Proximity to Acadia and all of the harbor towns was great. We look forward to staying there again on future trips.

Nice location about 20 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor. Located in Southwest Harbor with many good restaurants. Beautiful area The space is as described. Comfy beds. Second bedroom is up a spiral staircase. The host is very responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an issue.

Was disclosed but stairs were difficult to manage especially with luggage. There was a musty smell and bathroom also not super accessible.

We had another wonderful stay! We came back to the same place so that says something. It is clean, well-appointed and the communication with Tim is timely, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend!

Our host communicated well and was friendly when we saw him outside. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and we had everything we needed to make food in the kitchen. Easy access to a grocery store, restaurants and Acadia National Park.

Great property! Lots of light and very quiet. It has everything you could need, even camping chairs and beach towels.

The condo was very clean and nicely designed. The location was convenient and in a less crowded and quiet area. The host was available and was so helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area prior to our trip.

Great place to stay! Comfortable living room space for four people. Clean and well supplied.

We were returning to Southwest Harbor to play golf at the nearby Causeway Club with our adult son. We couldn’t be closer to golf or more comfortable for our stay. Communication with Tim was timely and efficient and the property was spotless and well appointed. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place for a weekend getaway.

Tim was super nice and helpful far before the trip even started. He had great resources to offer us and the place was perfect. Plenty of space, beds, and kitchen appliances. Located not far at all from trails and the park and you could even walk to the main area of southwest harbor if you wanted to which was really cute. Highly recommend!

Things we loved: Lots of towels. Great host recommendations. Great quiet location, and not far from other busier areas. Easy check in. Hot water and water pressure were lovely! Comfy couches, plenty of seating. Well equipped kitchen. Things we noticed but weren’t bad: It gets a little warm upstairs even with the window unit, but you can open the windows for breeze. Didn’t love that we had to clean all dishes by 10am check out time, as we made breakfast on our last morning and had to clean them quickly before checking out. Most places have you load and start the dishwasher before leaving.

Great location to SW Harbor main drag. Basic grocery and laundromat within walking distance of house. Some early am road noise from the main highway but not too disruptive. Property is very clean and conveniently located to explore the area without all of the traffic, etc of BH.

This was a lovely place to stay for our visit to Acadia.

Everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We cooked our lobsters in the kitchen. Close to everything- grocery store, restaurants, hiking, Bar Harborand Cadillac Mountain. Nice swimming spots at Echo Lake and Sandy Beach. Definitely recommend this rental. Tim lives here, too! He and his wife are very friendly.
