We just spent a lovely 5 days in this home. It is extremely well equipped with everything you need. Modern appliances are easy to use and many different areas to relax and unwind. The hosts are very accommodating and want to ensure you enjoy your stay. We will be back.

Got in easy ! Everything we expected

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and very well appointed. The kitchen and appliances were top-notch, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The back deck was a great space to relax, and the location was extremely convenient to Main Street and nearby hiking. Linens and furniture were high quality and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is beautifully and professionally decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything we needed to make great meals. The location is fantastic—so convenient to Highlands’ wonderful restaurants, shopping, and hiking. The host was great and made everything easy from start to finish. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

Well decorated home creating warm environment to celebrate Thanksgiving weekend. Great kitchen supplies and utensils. Back yard was perfect although a little chilly to enjoy in November. Little blip on check-in as I didn’t receive a text with details but remedied very quickly. Highly recommend.

Wow and incredible is the best way to describe this rental. Location to town was very convenient. The personal touches, warm and cozy home was perfect for our Thanksgiving visit to the Highlands. The owners have the entire home well stocked. In fact I can say probably the best equipped rental I have ever experienced. While we didn’t cook the Turkey dinner we needed to finalize our appetizers and desserts and again everything we needed was there and easily located. The info provided in the homeowner’s rental book is thoughtful and detailed. Just cannot say enough about this rental. Will return the next time we visit the Highlands. Thank you for sharing your home!

Check in was easy and everything was ad advertised. Home was very nice, close to downtown Highlands and stocked very well.

This house was the cutest, cleanest, most convenient house we have ever gotten on Vrbo. My husband and I will now always check the availablity when heading to Highlands. Got spoiled and the kitchen WAS STOCKED FULL OF TOP NOTCH POTS, PLATES EVERYTHING!!!Couldn't of been more happy for that alone.

My sister and I stayed 3 nights. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has a great flow. The covered back porch w a waterfall and pond was a pleasant surprise. We were out hiking, sightseeing and shopping during the day and we didn’t cook while we were there so our time in the cottage was limited. It is in a great convenient location. I would definitely stay again - maybe Spring or Fall when the weather is pleasanter!

This is hands-down my favorite rental property I’ve stayed at! SO cozy, relaxing, incredible location - just loved it. I’m kicking myself for forgetting to look at the mattress brand it was that comfy. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others!

We rented this house for a relaxing girls weekend. This was the most precious cottage to stay in! The house was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, the house was spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living room provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring and cozy up next to the fireplace. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The outdoor patio area was lovely. Located less than a mile from Main Street shops and dining, the location perfect! Overall, our stay was delightful. The house exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

This was the second time our family stayed in this beautiful, well appointed Highlands home. The location is perfect as it is only 5 minutes to downtown Highlands. The kitchen was stocked full of nice kitchenware and the beds were so comfy! Added bonus was drinking coffee in front of the fireplace each morning! Can’t wait to return.

I loved everything about this house. It made for the perfect weekend! We met my sister and brother in law to celebrate her 40th birthday. The house was comfortable in every way with meticulously delivered details of hospitality. The decor is beautiful and signals that the owners fully expect guests will take care of the property. The back porch is a dream with a peaceful water feature. The sitting g room was my favorite!

The cottage is absolutely adorable outside and inside! We had never been to the Carolinas so we very much appreciated the welcome book filled with valuable information about places to eat and fun outdoor activities! Everything was clean and cozy. The outdoor water feature had the most peaceful sound and was beautiful to look at. We plan to return again this summer and will definitely try to rent the same cottage again!

Well appointed home, with all you will need to feel comfortable. Front and Back porch are wonderful to hang out in. Sunroom gives the home extra space to spread out in, so that you do not always have to hang out at night in the formal living room or dinning room. We have already re-booked for 2026

My Mom and siblings and I stayed here for our annual vacation together. The house was so comfortable and so well stocked! We loved cooking together in the wonderful kitchen. The decor was so welcoming and very high standard. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. We loved the back deck with the water structure over the rocks. This was absolutely one of my favorites!!

We spent a girls’ weekend at this beautiful cottage in the Highlands. Located a short walk to Mirror Lake, the leaves were in full bloom making the outdoor areas even more enjoyable. The cottage was spotless clean and everything was in great working order. Despite being just a short drive to all the area’s amenities, attractions and restaurants, it was like we were alone in the wilderness. The folks at Evolve were fantastic to deal with…a special thanks to Bee! Bravo!
