Stayed Oct 24, 2020Location was great - quiet area on the edge of Padstow right next to the Camel trail for a lovely walk in. Conservatory was lovely, hot tub great (but don’t forget you pay extra for this) and log burner too. Kitchen equipment was basic. Cottage in need of a bit of updating but can’t really complain for less than £100 per night for a family of 4 in October half term. Cleanliness was disappointing - crumbs under the microwave and the floor was not very clean. Don’t forget to take your towels (not included), slippers (tiled floor in living areas), and you pay extra for the internet (not included).

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay at thyme cottage. The cottage was clean and tidy for our arrival and the key box made arriving and leaving stress free. Nice enclosed garden ideal for our 4 legged friends. Easy access to the camel trail and 10 minutes walk to padstow. Use of the small shed utility room was a bonus as provided a safe store for my bike.

Stayed Aug 10, 2019Absolutely lovely cottage, everything you need. Peaceful area & easy to walk along into Padstow (literally 5 min walk). Hot tub excellent, sun came onto hot tub early evening for the remainder of the day, which was perfect for us. Stephen (owner) could not of accommodated us any better. We look forward to returning, a real gem.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Property as described, lovely quiet location close to Padstow. The conservatory makes a great addition to this property as adds light and space. We felt that it was far enough away for private quiet stay but close enough to access the restaurants and shops in Padstow. Would definitely book again. Didn’t book the hot tub but would consider in future as garden was private at back of property .

Stayed Jul 8, 2017Cottage was nice enough and the location is great. The kitchen is a bit worn and the cooker, fridge and freezer needs updating. The bed is comfortable although small as only a double and there is a lack of wardrobe space although if you are a light packer you will be fine. Two negatives -the owner needs to make it clear there is a charge of £99 extra a week to use the hot tub. We were only told this after we had booked and may have booked elsewhere had we know. The other negative is-sack the cleaner, the bathroom was not clean on arrival and I dont think the cottage had seen a duster for a while. Dont forgot towels as none provided.
