Step inside to a tiled hallway, and on your right, the cosy lounge features panelled walls, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a welcoming open fire, perfect for cooler evenings. The kitchen is designed for culinary creativity, with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. A breakfast bar doubles as the dining area, complete with four bar stools for an intimate dining experience. The ground floor also offers a convenient utility room and a separate cloakroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a mattress topper for a luxurious soft feel (this can be removed on request in advance of your booking if you prefer a firmer bed), a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is a versatile room with a king size zip-and-link bed that can be converted into a twin with two 2’6 singles beds upon request. This room also has a TV and its own en-suite shower room. Outside, the courtyard invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh Norfolk air, with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
