The perfect base for exploring everything Kent and Sussex has to offer. Glyndebourne opera house is less than 10 miles away where you will see some the world’s best operas. Only 16 miles to the coastal town of Eastbourne and 17 miles from the historic town of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

Hidden Spring Vineyard is close by and is the home of Hidden Spring wine. They offer wine tasting and tours and have a stunning decked area where you can relax and take in the views over the vines. There is a 15th-century pub within walking distance where you will experience the classic old England experience or if you fancy something more modern visit the local brewery which was opened in March 2022 where they offer 12 keg and 4 cast lines serving brewery fresh beer; they also offer Sussex street food if you get hungry, a great stop off point for any keen cyclists or walkers. There are lots of walking trails and cycling routes in the area.
