Stayed May 18, 2024Very small, especially for any food preparation and consumption. Inconvenient to wash dishes. Cannot imagine accomodating 8 persons.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. This house is a quick 20 minute drive to the Grand Canyon making it easily accessible to get to. The area is so quiet so we were able to enjoy the peacefulness of being away from a city and crowds. I highly recommend staying here when you visit the area!

Stayed Mar 24, 2024We mainly needed a place to sleep that would fit all of us comfortably and keep us close to the Grand Canyon. This was the perfect tiny house. There were 5 of us but the amenities were fine for our group. The property was the perfect location for visiting the Canyon, it was clean, and very quiet. The only downsides are: 1) I sent a few emails and replied to a text several weeks before our arrival, asking about the possibility of checking in a little bit before 3pm and never heard back from anyone but we ended up getting there after 3pm anyway so it was fine. 2) the smoke alarm starting going off at midnight. I was with my 3 small children so this was annoying for a few reasons A) the smoke alarm is in the center of a vaulted ceiling, I had to lean all the way over the loft to just barely reach it. B) Even after taking the batteries out, it kept going off. I had to unplug the wires to make it stop. All in all, this was a good experience and if I was traveling to the Grand Canyon again, I would stay here again. I'm sure the smoke alarm was a fluke incident.

Stayed Feb 18, 2024This place was perfect or family as a home base while we travelled around Arizona and the Grand Canyon. Only 45 minutes to the Canyon, 40 minutes to Williams, Az, 60 minutes to Snowbowl for skiing, and a couple hours to Sedona.
