Stayed Aug 19, 2023This is an amazing place to stay, close to the action but quiet enough to feel peaceful. It’s a joy to sit on the front porch and watch people go by. The apartment is well-appointed and is good value for money. The owner was very kind and considerate. Highly recommended!

Stayed May 29, 2021Charming and cozy in the very best sense of the word. Plenty of room for three people. Lee and her friends are the best. We will be sad if we can't stay here on our next trip to Ptown.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The location was close to everything yet quiet (with the exception of some barking dogs, but no loud music or restaurant noise). This made it perfect for a combination of touristy adventures while needing to study in between. There is a very nice backyard with a big dinner table and a lovely front porch where you can people watch or just relax. Town beach was right across the street, and host provided a generous amount of beach-going supplies.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022We enjoyed much about the apartment, which was perfect for the two of us. Our favorite aspects were the location, (great for people watching on the street), the proximity to the center of town but a bit less noisy, access to the beach across the street, and the sweet backyard with a great grill we used several times. The place was very clean and, manager, Lee Ash was very welcoming and eager to help out in any way.
