Stayed Jun 22, 2024Great spot with good summertime amenities. Only complaint is that there was a water leak in the hallway of the unit…when maintenance came they said it was a continuing problem they weren’t able/allowed to fix.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023It was a nice three bedroom condo everything we needed was there. The pool area and hot tub were nice not very busy. The only down falls were not ac in two of the bedrooms and the second bath. Also having to pay for Wi-Fi but it was pretty cheap 8 devices for ten days for about $30. However we did get to see a bear take a stroll through the parking lot.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023Excellent location close to Rocky Mountain National Park & downtown Estes. Clean, quiet, & spacious for the whole family. Beautiful grounds along the river. Saw elk on grounds. Stayed in summer & town's free shuttle bus stops in front of the resort and took us downtown. Would definitely return.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Condo was nicer than pictured.. Air conditioning is located in main living area and master bedroom. It worked well and cooled quickly.

Stayed Jul 13, 2019The unit was supposed to be air conditioned but two bedrooms and one bath were not and it was hot. First time I’ve had to pay for WiFi when it was listed under amenities.

Stayed Jul 27, 2018We really enjoyed our stay here. Right on the Thompson River and close to everything in Estes Park. Clean and well-cared for, staff was friendly and helpful. My three teens loved it.
