It was a wonderful and pleasant stay!! Very comfortable and accommodating with everything we could need or want! The elk activity was our favorite!!
We definitely enjoyed our stay. The surroundings weren’t great (construction area), other than being right by the Fall River. An elk herd came right through the property, so that was cool! The outside of the condo building was a little rough, but the condo itself was clean and comfortable - a bit of a retro feel to it. It was also an easy walk to town, which was great. For us, the only thing it didn’t have that we needed was a cooler.
Nice place
Great place to stay. Close to downtown Estes. Amazing views of wildlife. In the morning hours we saw 3 elks (mama elk and 2 younger elks) and a hummingbird from the deck. Calm and serene place to stay!
The condo was a perfect size for 2. The walk to town was tricky without sidewalks. The bed was comfortable but extra pillows would be nice. The shower liner was moldy and the water was luke warm. However, the deck and view were lovely.
Gorgeous views, reserved parking, and everything you need for an enjoyable getaway. You have a river running outside of the patio and mountains all around you. The only negative thing that I can say is that there was no air conditioning at the property. However, there were plenty of fans to circulate air and when there, with the windows open, it stayed at a very comfortable temperature in mid July. You are close enough to walk into downtown Estes Park for all of your tourist shopping needs, and more importantly, you are only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Overall, the condo was well equipped with comfortable furniture, homey decor, and a modern kitchen. This place was perfect for my wife and me for our 3 days in Estes Park.
