Whata Beach Front Condo, Minute walk over boardwalk to the beach!

My second time to stay here. Once again it was very nice. Well stocked. Office/staff and owners very responsive when we had an issue with a key. Close to food, shopping and right over the dune is the beach! Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The place was just as described online, but the management was better than expected. I left a gold ring by the sink and they found it and shipped it to me, along with clothes I didn’t know I left behind. That’s priceless

Condo was exactly as described, clean and completely updated. The condominium community is very laid back and quiet and staff is friendly and helpful. Golf cart rental made access to everything (beach, shops, attractions) easy! First floor unit made access to/from beach an easy walk even with beach gear. First time to Port A for our family and we will be back!

We’ve been staying at Coral Cay for years in many condos. We really enjoyed this condo because the bathrooms are located in the bedrooms which is very nice. Great access to the beach.

We had a hiccup and contacted the owner. Todd was extremely nice & we were able to save our vacation. Had one small issue, just sent a quick text to Todd, someone was there fixing it, in no time. They have top-notch cookware. Please use Bartender Friend (under the sink) to keep them clean. Kitchen was well stocked, i took large cookie sheets (for cookie dough, i made at home) & a cutting board, both came in handy. Just a few steps away from the board walk & the beach. Dining table was a great size for family games. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. We hope to stay here again and again! The Martin Family

Great time at the beach

Rental was right over the dunes from the ocean. A short walk on the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Property was perfect for our group. It is clean and well maintained. I will be staying at Coral Cay again in the future.

Location was and the property management was exceedingly helpful. Beautiful & immaculate condo. Only complaint was that the pull-out mattresses were stained. Other than that both the condo and the beachfront location were ideal. Less than a minute walk to beach.

I brought my daughter, daughter-in-law and granddaughter to this beach house at Port A. Everything about the weekend was wonderful. The cabin is close to the beach so we were able to walk across the boardwalk and leave the car in the parking lot. There is a very nice pool nearby and it is very nice to swim in late in the afternoon. There were so many restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely recommend this cabin and Port A if you are thinking about a beach vacation.

Great condo that exceeded our expectations in every way. Kitchen and bath fully stocked for our needs. Boardwalk to the beach was extremely convenient, no drive required. Communication was great. Definitely on our list of keepers.

Best mini vacay ever! Super easy access to the beach. Condo is very nice. Perfect location. Nice little local grocery store. All of our restaurant experiences were great! Everyone was very friendly in town and respectful on the beach. Will definately be back!!We chose not to rent a golf cart. and pans

I have stayed at Coral Cay a few times throughthe years, this Condo did not disappoint! I loved the location of the condo, so close to the beach! The condo was very clean, updated, welcoming, kitchen was well equipped, Closet with beach toys, a few games, and books, nice touch:). I will definitely rent this Condo again!!!!The check in was great, Office staff were so nice and helpful. Trip to the clean laundry room wasNice as well! We will come again. Thank you.

Everything was fine. Kids loved the warm pool near managers office.

This is a nicely decorated property with great proximity to the beach. The boardwalk is right outside the back door. We could hear the gulf waves from the back patio, and had no noise from neighbors. The on-site property managers are very responsive to requests and questions. It’s a great place to relax and be near the beach.

We checked in easily and took time to unwind on the porch, just listening to the surf. The condo was excellent, with adequate furniture for the family to relax and the location was perfect. Great wifi for the work needs. We loved going into town in the evening, and tasting some delicious local cuisine in Port A. Our time at the beach was awesome. Will be back!

Easy to find. Close to lots of shops, stores, restaurants. Definitely close to the beach! It was clean. Happy to find the little things like paper towels, coffee filters, some spices, some beach toys. Air conditioning worked well. Had ceiling fans. Wi fi available. Liked the decor-especially all the signs! Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo creates a perfect stay in Port A. Easy private access to the beach, and any adventure you want. The condo itself was awesome! Great communication with owner, and the office staff. Best stay we have had in Port “A”!

The property was spacious and had plenty of amenities for our stay. There were televisions in every room, Wi-Fi, and plenty in the kitchen for us to prepare meals for our friends. Friends. To the beach was less than 5 minutes away through the boardwalk. There are two pools on a property that made swimming, easy and fun. There are no complaints about the property. I did let the front desk know that one of the outlets in the living room was out, which meant we had no Wi-Fi. And got it working. I also left the front desk know that the master bedroom toilet was leaking. I shut the valve off and when we weren't using it so there was no leaking onto the wood floors. Standard maintenance that just needs to be addressed. Aside from that, no issues.

Access to the beach was the best. Cleaning picked up trash daily. Quiet neighbors.
