Stayed Jul 26, 2025We had a great time at this wonderful property with immediate access to Commercial St. and all the local action, but also with easy access to beaches by bike or car. The owners (who occupy a separate unit) were wonderful in helping us with recommendations to take in the local color and they were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay here again, wish we could have stayed forever.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. There is a beautiful view of the water from the porch, which also has a great seating area. The location is ideal- just a few minutes from the main drag on Commercial, but in a very quiet park of Ptown. I would very highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We had a wonderful time staying at Richard’s property. It’s close to all Provincetown has to offer, while still feeling cozy and peaceful. The private deck and dedicated space for bikes make a big difference. We would stay here again!

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Location could not have been better, right there next to it all but far enough away to relax. The house was the perfect size for 2 of us. The garden patio was delightful. I hope not to wait another 20 years to come back!!

Stayed Aug 7, 2021My husband and I stayed in this cute apartment for a week. It was clean and has the perfect amount of space for 2 people. The location is in close walking distance to all the main attractions, but quiet and peaceful at night. The owners who live in another part of the home were also very friendly. Highly recommend!
