West End Home with Waterfront & Rooftop Decks

The house was clean and cozy with access to the back deck onto the beach. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Owner Rick was communicative and friendly. Thank you!

Great stay! Had a little bit of a snafu at check in but the owner went above and beyond to make it right. The house is very clean, cutely decorated. Beds are a little firm. It was very nice to have a bathroom off of each bedroom. The location is unbeatable - you have a view of the water and an easy walk to nearby restaurants, shops. I’d recommend this spot to groups of friends, families with older kids. The house set up would be a little tricky for very young children but not impossible. Very nice rental!

Rick was an excellent host with great communication and a beautiful home. A perfect waterfront stay in the beautiful west end. We hope to come back!

Great location. Great parking. It is time for the furniture to be steam cleaned but we did stay at the end of the season.

Excellent location in P'town. Close to everything. Beach was perfect for small children to play. Enjoyed the deck, especially since we were allowed to use the large deck this week. Home is well appointed and had everything we needed.

This property couldn’t have been better. It was clean, comfortable, super cozy, had great character and with a deck looking out to the water. The bedrooms were all great and en suite. We all slept so well. The property is on the west end so a little bit quieter, which we loved. It’s very close to my favorite market (Relish) and a very easy walk into the center of town. Rick was super communicative, very kind, and made everything easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed for a mini Thanksgiving vacation to celebrate with family. Perfect location on the water and short walk into town. To our surprise the kitchen was fully stocked with many large serving bowls and a hand-held mixer for the turnip and squash! (I only use a mixer once a year and can't believe there was one in a rental!) My fav part was the cozy gas fire place in the living room. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our party had two couples in this home was perfect for us! It was right on the water with beautiful views at sunset. We had a very short walk to many restaurants and bars and nightlife. The home was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. We really loved the beautiful views from the rooftop deck.

Great house and proximity to all that Ptown has to offer. Loved having direct water access and the house was a charming place. The only negatives would be that the cleaners need to do a better job between visits (there was mold in the shower and floors were dirty) and linens could be upgraded and increased for this price point. Property manager/owner was easy to deal with and the house was as promised otherwise.
