Stayed Aug 23, 2025It's a truly lovely property and a great location. My boyfriend and I found the bed too soft and didn't sleep well. Otherwise, I had absolutely no complaints. I would come back if I like a soft springy bed.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The host was very responsive to our needs. We had a toilet overflow, and it was dealt with in minutes. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the bathroom had shampoo and soap already in stock. The location is as good as it gets. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This is the fourth property we've rented in Provincetown by ourselves, and so far it's the best one.

Stayed May 23, 2025This was my second time staying at Laz and Steve's place, and it was as great as the first. The location is amazing, just steps away from Commercial Street. Once you arrive and park your car (there is parking right in front!) everything is in walking distance. The place is very clean and quiet, and has all that you need for your stay. Laz is always available and easy to reach, and checked in with us after the property manager was notified that the fire alarm went off (though there was no fire). I appreciate everything about this place and the hosts, and will absolutely stay again. Thanks, Laz and Steve!

The location could not have been better on a quiet block within steps to Commercial St. Loved having beach towels provided and on site washer and dryer were a huge perk. Such a cute spot to call home for a great stay in Provincetown!!
