West End 1 bedroom with parking!

The Perch was the perfect space to enjoy a trip to Provincetown! The space was newly renovated, clean, and designed beautifully - it was clear that the owner put a lot of care and thought into the space. The unit was stocked with everything you could need from beach chairs, to umbrellas, to kitchen items, and easily the softest linens/towels I’ve found in a rental property. The space is located right in the heart of town so you’re a short walk away from all the action. It overlooks Commercial Street so it can be busy at times but we didn’t have any issues with noise. It was actually really nice to be so close to everything - and the view is great for people watching! All in all - I have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend this space and look forward to staying here again.

This was our third stay at The Perch, and it continues to be an absolute favorite. The place was spotless, just as we’ve come to expect, and the bed was genuinely comfortable after long days out and about. We also really appreciated the quality towels and bath products — a small touch that makes a big difference. Communication with Isaac was excellent, quick, and helpful throughout our stay. And of course, the location can’t be beat. You’re close to everything while still having a peaceful spot to come home to. Highly recommend The Perch for anyone visiting Provincetown!

I recently stayed at The Perch in Provincetown and had a wonderful experience! The one-bedroom condo was immaculately maintained—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully organized. We had a wonderful 4 day stay in this adorable apartment that is just a short walk to downtown Commercial Street. Couldn’t ask for a better location or condo for a little vacation. Isaac is the best host, so easy to communicate with and so helpful with all inquiries of the unit and town.
