Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy keyless entry, 3 bedrooms with 5 beds; sufficient for us, our niece, her husband and 2 kids. Floor plan is simple with nice furniture inside and out on the deck. Very nice view of the ocean with a grill & seating outside. We had only brief rain and nice weather.

I would definitely give it a thumbs up, however. The reality company that runs it, is horrible. They gave us the wrong address, even the address on the website will send you to the bay. I contacted them via text per their request. They provided another address, still incorrect. I asked them to call me which they would not. Finally, the third address they provided was correct. We drove around for over a half hour looking for the correct location, after coming from Ohio.This was extremely frustrating, I felt that a teenager was providing the information and that is why they would not call me. Furthermore, after we got to the unit we discovered a very broken chair in the corner of the dining area with a note from the previous guest explaining what happened. They didn't even move it to a closet.

The overall vibe of this property was quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the welcome kit served us well. We are looking forward to a repeat stay in 2025.

We had such a great time at this condo. It was the perfect amount of space, very clean, wonderful property management, and also close to so many family friendly restaurants and attractions!!

Situated near restaurants and fun activities. Fully equipped large kitchen, clean bathrooms, and comfortable seating. The wall of windows ushered in gorgeous sunrises and the peaceful sounds of the waves. We loved the salt water pool! Looking forward to returning.

When you go to the beach and pay a lot for rent you expect the luxury of your rent. The beach access was great BUT the elevator broke the first day and it was not in working order the whole week, so glad I got first floor, felt bad for the 3rd floor people. Then the pool was closed for a drain issue. So disappointed. We had to fix it ourselves, if not it would have been all week without a pool. Called Beach Realty and was told they couldn’t do anything, gave me a number to call. No answer no callback. Just don’t think anyone cares. It took my daughter getting on Facebook site for anyone to get back with us. Thank goodness for him. The world has fallen into a don’t care about anyone but themselves world, so sad.
