The hot tub was out of order. There were a lot of spiders and cobwebs around the pool area.

The property was really nice. Very clean and the pool, sauna and jacuzzi were amazing! Our condo overlooked the harbor and it was beautiful. Very comfy bed as well. Will be returning.

Enjoyed the view from the balcony out onto the channel, and viewing the drawbridge in operation. Great location in downtown, close to shops and food.

Location was great. There is no window in the bedroom. The unit itself had an off odor, kind of musty. The fireplace worked but would not stay lit. We would stay at the Edgewater again, but in a different unit. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The location is lovely. We really enjoyed the view out our patio overlooking the canal. It's fun to watch the boats go by. That being said, the unit is somewhat dated, very dark furnishings and decor. As some others mentioned, it has a musty smell. Nothing we couldn't adjust to, but when you first walk in, it's overwhelming. It definitely could use a refresh.

The room didn't feel very clean, the floors were dirty and the bottom shelf of the coffee table was covered in dust and trash. There was construction going on right outside of our room, remodeling the restaurant into new units, and they worked all weekend as well as Labor Day. Extremely frustrating. The rental property staff are always friendly when they are there. but most of the time when you need them they aren't at the desk. This has been an ongoing thing for the last several years and I feel it's getting worse. we needed linens for showers. we had left the dirty ones out for the cleaners, but they didn't leave new ones. when we went to get some, 30 minutes before the sign said they would closed, they were already closed. so we were stuck without linens. thankful we had family in another room that lent us some. The laundry room was closed and it sounds like that's been going on for quite a while as well. Which meant a trip to the laundry mat. not the end of the world, but for what they charge a night, their amenities should be working.

The exterior of building is in good shape and living room of condo was nicely appointed. The condition, however, was pretty warm. No strainer in the sink drain, loose cabinet doors, appliances in shaky condition, few hangers in the closet, lamp switches not working well, lights flickering.
