The condo was great. Nicely updated and very clean. The amenities were lacking. The hot tub was out of service and the overall condition of the pool and workout space could benefit from some upkeep.

It has a beautiful, updated bathroom as well as a kitchen. You couldn't ask for a better location! There are beautiful views of the waster right from the balcony and is in walking distance of many restaurants and shops in the heart of Charlevoix.

Perhaps management took my criticisms to heart; new facade, roof, etc., made for a beautiful new look to the building. The new siding is a great color and looks to be very durable. The unit we stayed in was recently updated; everything was first class. I'm glad to give the stay a 5-star rating.

The location is so convenient to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed the view with a cup of coffee in the morning. The front desk receptionist was so lovely and helpful.
