Guest Access:

Check-In & Access

Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.



Property Notes

This condo is situated on the second floor of a commercial building, with a boutique located on the ground level. You’ll find elevator access in the breezeway to the right of the shop. The access code will be included in your check-in instructions. The unit itself is all on one level, making it a great option for guests with limited mobility.



IMPORTANT: We do not manage the elevator. It is owned and operated by the HOA. In the event of elevator failure, we will report the incident to the board and file a maintenance claim. However, we do not have control over the timeline for repair.



Parking

We provide one parking pass for the parking garage conveniently located next door on Cumberland Street. Please note that we’re only able to offer a single pass. If you need additional parking, spaces are available in the garage for $18/day.

The French Quarter is Charleston’s most picturesque and romantic neighborhood. Surrounded by art galleries, historic churches, and cobblestone streets, it captures the city’s old-world charm. You're steps from Waterfront Park and some of the best dining in town. It's perfect for strolling and sightseeing. This area blends culture, history, and elegance in one walkable district.

Other Things to Note:

Rental Agreement Required

To finalize your reservation, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation.

The agreement is standard and outlines important details such as house rules, liability waivers, and check-in procedures. A secure link will be sent after booking.



Pets are NOT Allowed:

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $500/pet fee and demand immediate removal.



No Alterations or Furniture Rearrangement

Guests may not alter the home in any way, including moving furniture, wall decor, or fixtures. The home has been professionally arranged for guest comfort and safety. Additional charges may apply if items are found to be moved, damaged, or require reassembly. Moving furniture or making any alterations will incur a $500 fine + the cost of repair if needed.



This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



️ Noise Notice:

▪️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

▪️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

▪️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.



‍ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.



Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.



Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

▪️ If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

▪️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

▪️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
