Stayed Aug 2, 2024Great location, beautiful town and location, so much to do, stay at least 3 nights to absorb the vibe, food, views and the incredible beauty of Charlevoix and nearby area. Pool and facilities were more than adequate, perfect pool temperature. Extremely satisfactory, only wish was a larger refrigerator.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Perfect location and view. Kitchen was renovated but only counter/vanity in bathroom was updated. Wallpaper was peeling at the seams. Not a big issue but disappointing for the cost.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is perfect, for downtown Charlevoix. Everything is walking distance, in the view is wonderful. The interior needs to be updated, not sure why I had two microwaves and no toaster. The pots and pans are really in bad shape so bring your own if that’s what you need. The bathroom really needs updating, mold in the bathtub. Aside from the interior that needs updating. The unit is a nice spot to stay.

Bathroom wallpaper peeling, tub needs caulk redone, if not replaced. Decor was from the 80’s. Bit, with all that said it was clean, and it was great location

The best part is that it sits on the water’s edge with great views. The unit I stayed in was nice. Again, the best part is the balcony and its view. The unit itself needs some TLC.
