Located in the Sunrise Villas. 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the ground floor with a small private, fenced patio which is partially covered.

Sunrise Villa #110 is a lovely 1 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor condo. Sleeps 4, This corner unit has a nice patio which is gated and partially covered overlooking the grassy lawn. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. There is a nice sized pool with shaded areas patio furniture tables and chairs.. The boardwalk to the beach is only about a 5 minute walk away. There is a coin laundry room for your use on property. sorry no pets no smoking. You will have 1 assigned parking space, no boats, no trailers. There is limited amount of unmarked parking spaces for guests or 2nd vehicles/ golf carts. This condo is located in the golf cart approved driving area.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

    Upon arrival, the condo had a very strong odor. Sort of like a mildew scent mixed with chemical. The floors were not swept/clean and very gritty. There were quite a few critters as well. None of the above were reasons to complain and we did thoroughly enjoy our stay. Melissa is the absolute best agent/manager, I have ever worked with when booking our Port A vacations. She's great!

    Cute property with a convenient kitchen, short walk to the beach on a wooden boardwalk, and a queen bed, a futon, and a roll-out twin bed. We were able to cook meals and prep snacks for the beach, shower on our way back, and quickly make it to restaurants for the evenings. Not a lot to complain about here, and honestly, we wouldn't mind staying again. =)
