Inside, the kitchen is equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker, along with everything to enjoy your stay including a frozen concoction maker for the perfect margaritas. The dining table accommodates eight comfortably so everyone has a seat at the table for dinner. After a day at the beach, relax on the comfortable overstuffed sofa, chair with ottoman and two additional matching armchairs while you enjoy the 55 smart TV and the ocean view. There is also a variety of board games for both kids and adults. The condo is furnished with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience to get you through your vacation.

Moving to the bedrooms, you'll notice that there are Gulf views from each. The bedrooms are separated from the living space with a door, so everyone can sleep without being disturbed by the guests who are not ready to call it a day. In the beautifully appointed master bedroom (BR1), a king bed with a new Purple® 3 mattress, a Roku TV, chest, closet and shelving with books awaits. The ensuite bathroom contains plenty of counter space, open shelving and a spacious tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a queen bed with a new Serta mattress, Roku TV, closet, chest and large windows for enjoying the ocean view. Down the hall, the third bedroom (BR3) is outfitted with a full bed and a queen bed, both with new Serta mattresses, a smart TV, closet and chest. The second bathroom sits at the end of the hallway and offers plenty of counter space, open shelving and a spacious tile walk-in shower with a bench to freshen up after a day at the beach. Take advantage of all the shared, added amenities from grilling up the day's catch, cooling off in the shared pool to walking across the boardwalk to the beach.
