Walk to Sandfest, Shared Pools, Boardwalk to the Beach

Very clean, incredible beach access. Beach sand is super fine white sand. Common areas were wonderfully maintained.

On the dunes with accessible boardwalk right to beach! Cozy and comfortable for girls weekend and very affordable! Full kitchen! The gate on the porch needs to be fixed and shower curtain liner replaced.:-)was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends!

Overall bad experience. These units need to be shout down and need to be cleaned thoroughly and all linens replaced along with new with new tapestries and shower curtains. The people next door smoked so much they left their door open and we could smell it in our room. We took a walk to the beach using the access bridge an I saw an individual with a knife peeping into the sliding doors of the units when saw that I was looking at him he walked away. The next day I caught him looking in the back of peoples trucks. Parking was a disaster.

Overall the condo met all our basicnecessities.

Overall, our stay was good. The location is perfect-- easy access to a less-crowded part of the beach with lots of sand/room to set up for the day without worrying about car traffic and/or high tide. The beds were very comfortable. Low sound from upstairs neighbors. The shower head was very low flow, so be prepared to take long showers just to get the soap rinsed. We also had an issue with pest control confusion on dates-- they came in using their maintenance master code while we were in there (and promptly left when they saw us). It was concerning, but the management company was extremely helpful and responsive to our concern.

Great little place for my family of 3. So convenient to walk out the door and be directly in front of the boardwalk. No need to rent a golf cart or buy a beach parking pass for your vehicle, it is SO close. Super comfy beds.

Great location to all things Port Aransas. Very Close to walk-way to beach. Like the first floor entry for loading and unloading . Close walk to pool also a plus. Enjoyed our stay!

Easy access to the beach, close to everything in Port Aransas. Great communication from the owner, the place had everything we needed for a weekend get away.

Very simple and quiet condo right on the beach. Accomodations were clean and easy to use. Just need to work on the water pressure in the shower or get a new shower head and repair the back door/sliding door lock.
