Walk to Sandfest , Shared Pool, Board Walk to Beach, Gulf Views

My first review was rejected; apparently it was too detailed or too honest. This is a less detailed rewrite.The unit is clean and nicely decorated; the beds are comfortable; the kitchen is decently outfitted. There was plenty of space and a decent view. However, my number one wish was for a sea view. The photos led me to believe I would have a close view of the dunes and the Gulf beyond. But the condo is not on the dunes; you look across a large grassy area and pool to the dunes in the distance. It was ok, but not what I expected. Also, while the condo was clean, it was not properly maintained. There are many paint scrapes and the bathroom door in the main bedroom stubbornly swung open every time I tried to close it. Also, one of the big sliding doors was broken and would not lock – I didn’t feel particularly safe. Finally, be sure to ask for a detailed map showing the location of the unit. We only had the unit number and a Google-type map. There are multiple buildings with no signs, and the units are not numbered sequentially. We arrived after dark when the office was closed; we spent at least 20 stressful minutes trying to find the unit.

Beautiful condo! Very roomy. Furniture was up to date and in good condition. Nice whirlpool appliances. Plenty of towels and linen. Patio door on left was broken and railing outside was coming apart. Broken window in 2nd bedroom. Over all we loved it and would definately rent again. And the pool was nice!

This property was awesome! So near to the beach, so quietly, clean, just a thing, you guys need a shower curtain in master bathroom because the water runs out and makes the floor very wet, and also a mop, need to replace or put new battery in television control remote. From there everything was SUPER! ?

We checked in only to find black mold all along above patio door and trim. The coffee cups all had cracks or missing handles... beds were not at all comfortable , mattresses need to be replaced and furniture and rugs were filthy from wear and tear and use. We run a vrbo as well and i do my very best analogy of if I wouldn't stay there then i wouldn't ask a guest to stay there. Overall location great but property definitely needs some tlc.

While you will be underwhelmed with the neighborhood and lack of elevator, upon entering you will see the unit is completely updated with nice furniture and decor, beds are comfortable, and the view includes the ocean and pool. The showers are all large and newly tiled. Sheets, towels are good quality. Bring an extra blanket there isn’t an extra beyond an accent throw in living room. Plenty of bath towels but no beach towels. There is a regular coffee machine but no k cup. The pantry is bare, salt and pepper only so bring Pam, cooking oil, ect. The only downsides are small items that could be repaired. The master bathroom bar door can come off the track and one can get locked into the bathroom from the inside. The living room remote control for Netflix, Prime, does not fully work. After 3 days they sent someone who didn’t replace it, it was the last day of our stay so it didn’t matter. The shower pole in the master bath is rusty. There is not a full set of silver wear, we are most meals with a mix of the smaller forks and a few large. There is no cutting board, people have used the plates to cut as an outcome. One of the primary double doors in the living room is broken and a sign hangs on the glass. Again things could be repaired and bring this place to five stars. The management was responsive, and friendly. The beaches in this area have tar in the sand, baby oil or other body oils can help remove. The beach and pool, are nice and clean.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed! Will definitely stay again! Can’t beat the views!

We visited during SandFest and loved both the condo and its location very much. We had a beautiful view and a short walk across the grounds to the beach. The condo was clean and had all the cooking supplies we needed, The only thing we picked up besides food was a few spices. We would defiantly stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time! Beautiful condo, beautiful beach view and great location! The property owner/manager was excellent with communication and accommodating. I would absolutely stay again.
