Walk to Blowing Rock from Our 2BR/2BA Condo

This was our third year in a row at this condo. Great place to stay. We enjoy the proximity to the downtown area shops and restaurants. Quiet location is a plus.

The condo was very neat, clean, & tidy. The decor was up to date and the prints and wall decorations were very tasteful. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Having 2 beds/baths was nice. Nice also having access to internet and streaming services at the end of a busy day.

Great spot to return to at the end of a busy day. Close to shops and restaurants but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Well stocked kitchen even though we did not cook there. Hope to return again in the near future.

We had a very relaxing time. The condo was very nice and clean and met all our needs. Only thing that would be better is an elevator for us old people lol but we did need the work out.

Thank you for sharing your lovely and cozy house with us. we stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our winter vacation a lot. Love the fireplace. Will come back

Loved this property. Its location is in a quiet corner of the complex. Condo is exactly as described. Bill is quick to respond to questions. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable, convenient condo! The walk ability to Main Street was great! The walk is uphill and the condo is a third floor, but we were glad to get the steps in!

We stayed for a week and found the property convenient for our favored activities. It was spotless, modern, and decorated just enough to be attractive but not overdone with unnecessary clutter. It is close enough to Blowing Rock retail to walk yet removed from the traffic and noise. It was also close to our favorite hiking trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway and outdoor recreation. Closets, drawers, and cupboards were roomy, allowing us to put our stuff out of the way. The condo was quiet; I never heard traffic from Rte 321, dogs barking, or other guests or residents. Everything worked; the water was hot, appliances functioned, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Our grandson accompanied us, so it was nice to have two bathrooms. It is on the third floor, so you do have to haul things up the steps, but they are upfront about it. The only thing that would make it better would be a view of the mountains, but the lovely, well-kept courtyard offered a gazebo surrounded with redbud, arborvitae, and hydrangeas.

There was one minor problem. The air conditioning unit was in the living room kitchen area. When the bedroom door was closed at night, the room became pretty warm.

We enjoyed our week at the condo, the condo was clean and a good location. Bill did a great job with remodeling.
