Walk to Beach Sparkling Mayan Princess Condo w/ Pool, Hot Tub & Boardwalk

The location was fantastic and right on the beach. The condo was just right for my family of four and the kids were obsessed with the beautiful pool area. The beds were comfortable and clean. Overall cleanliness was ok ( the baseboards and grout could use a good scrub). The only real downside was that there was no ice maker and no ice trays. No ice on the beach wasn’t ideal.

We loved that this place was right on the beach. My kids especially loved the pools and the bunk beds. The big shower/tub area was also a hit. The beds were comfy. Overall, it was mostly clean (I am SUPER picky- so I noticed the baseboards /grout were in need of a good scrub). I had some issues with accessing wi-fi on my phone and there was NO cell signal. I was able to access on my laptop, but coverage was spotty. There is no icemaker in the fridge and no trays to make ice. This was kind of a sore deal, being at the beach and could easily be solved by providing a few plastic ice trays. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. I think there is some room to improve, but we would come again.

Exactly what I was looking for in a vacation with my kids. The condo was spacious for a one bedroom. Loved the shower and bathtub area. Would definitely book it again.

The house itself is well decorated, clean, and location is perfect. The only change is the washer needs to be replaced. It has mold growing in it and the clothes don’t smell clean. Other than that it’s perfect. I love how you can walk from the pool to the beach. We went back and forth all day.

The large shower/tub combo was truly the highlight for the family. I loved the view from the condo. You still see the ocean even though you’re up next to the dunes.

The bedroom lets a ton of light in at night due to the blinds not able to fully close. Blackouts would go a long way in that room. The washing machine was moldy and did not look sanitary to use for our clothing, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding due to the mold in the washing machine. The convenience and amenities of the resort location make it a great place to be, the homeowner just needs to do some updates at this property

The rental is adorably decorated, in a fabulous location & has great amenities! The view from the patio is superb! Dunes & waves with my coffee? Yes, please! Want to take a break from the ocean? No problem- check out the pools! Our family had an amazing time & hope that you will enjoy this location as much as we did!

The room had visible mold all over the shower/ bath tile. The place could really use a good deep cleaning tons of dust and dirt build up throughout the condo. Rugs need to be cleaned. Also my family got stuck in the HOT elevator over 25 minutes it was an awful experience to say the least.

We loved being within walking distance to the beach and it was pretty secluded. The room itself was very nice and comfortable for us. Buy groceries since there are not any grocery stores nearby. It has a full kitchen which is perfect for cooking. The shower was so nice. The pools were also perfect for people with small children.

This was our 3rd visit & will be returning. Some minor maintenance issues need to be dealt with but did not affect our visit.
