Walk to Beach! Isle of Palms Condo w/ Pool Access

The location was incredible, as was the view of the ocean and proximity to the pool. The condo itself needs a serious deep cleaning and refreshing. Plates and utensils were not fully clean, thick dust was built up on closet doors, the master bed had a strong mildewy odor to it and the comforter we found in the hall closet was stained (the owner did have his cleaner bring a new comforter, but the smell persisted), bathroom sinks drained slow, and couches were well worn to name a few. We were disappointed to realize we were only given one garbage bag for our stay, four rolls of toilet paper, and one roll of paper towels. I think including a few more of these items would have not been a large expense and would have really gone a long way for guests. It really is a gem in terms of location but unfortunately did not impress us in any other category.

The location and the beach were absolutely fantastic. The unit was a little outdated, but not a huge deal. We did have issues with the A/C. It would not get below 72 degrees during the day no matter how low it was set. We also saw several roaches in our unit. (We have pictures). To be fair, we did see an exterminator on site so someone must have called and maybe the problem is fixed now.

The condo was just what we had hoped for but we were really disappointed that the pool was closed for the entire week that we were there due to maintenance. They opened it the morning that we were leaving.

A bit dated and need of some updating for the price charged . Appreciated the bathroom supplies like shampoo and soap . Kitchen cleaning supplies. Great location and access to beach

Love the location & view from the balcony. The condo a little dated but I love the features given. Could use more towels when you have more than two staying. Overall a great place to stay.
