Villas del Sol is a quiet enclave of sixteen luxury Villas. Located at Pelada beach in Nosara, Costa Rica. We are less than a minute walk to the beach. There are several restaurants within walking distance, including the only two restaurants located on the beach.
For most of the coastline in Costa Rica there are no buildings allowed in the first 200 meters, which means when you stroll on the beach in Nosara all you see is beautiful greenery and the blue Pacific ocean; no hotels or high

Stayed Dec 22, 2024This is the perfect place for a family vacation. The condo was clean, although there was a bit of a smell from being closed up for a bit, but that faded over the week. We did have a few crab and spider friends surprise us in the shower a few mornings, but that's to be expected! The location is close enough to town- you can walk to Olga's and La Luna in ten minutes by walking along the beach, and it is quiet enough to hear the monkeys and birds in the trees in the morning. The patio in the back is a perfect place to read and listen to wildlife before heading out for the day. The washer and dryer in unit is perfect for a week-long stay. The caretaker (Hans) can help with directions to the grocery store and other things you might need during your stay. Communication with the condo owner was also very easy. Next time we visit the area, we will stay here again. It's so close to the beach, yet quiet and peaceful. In short, a perfect stay!
