Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the home, and complimentary access to the resort amenities. Some fees may apply for services such as golf, spa services, food and drinks, etc



Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.



Guest registration and parking rules:

• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.

• Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing.

• Residents are advised to check the community website for the latest Parking & Towing Policy.



The Neighborhood:

Guests get complimentary access to the resort clubhouse, and it will blow you away! The Oasis Clubhouse at Champions gate is absolutely packed with facilities for entertainment, dining, sports and business, so whether it’s a meal you have on your mind, or you need to get in touch with the office, you’ll find everything you need here at the Clubhouse. It has an expansive water park with a quiet zone tranquil pool, jacuzzi hot tub, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a two storey waterslide, a large winding lazy river, and poolside tiki bar. There's also poolside cabanas, sun loungers and food and drink service. Onsite staff also organise and run daily entertainment. Bring on the goggles and floaties!



Getting Around:

Several convenient ways to get around, having a car is the easiest and most flexible option in ChampionsGate since most attractions and shopping areas are a short drive away. There are also Taxi, Uber and Lyft available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• The dog park will be temporarily closed starting Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

• BBQ propane tank: $69 one-time fee (please request in advance)

• Pool heating: $35/night (2-night minimum, 24-hour notice required)

• Pack ’n play: $39 one-time fee

House Rules

• No parties, events, or smoking/vaping. Violations may result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of deposit.

• Check-out is on time. Late departures are subject to a $150 fee per hour.

• Please leave the space tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

• No pets allowed (except service animals). Unauthorized pets may result in fines and/or deposit forfeiture.

• Pool use is at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidelines.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.

• Work underway now at Westside & Hwy 27 gatehouses; continuing this week at all remaining locations

• Existing call boxes being replaced with temporary keypads — QR codes no longer work at these locations

• Temporary gate code: 3218 (Westside, Hwy 27, North Tract, Leopard Creek, Tract K Main, Ocean Course, Whistling Straits)

• Country Club gate codes will be distributed separately to CC residents

    The house was excellent, once we got into the house. Due to our flight being delayed we didnt get to the house until about 2 am. The code we were given did not work. We called the emergency number and after several calls we did get a real person. It still took 3 new codes, us sending a video of us putting in the code twice. At 3:15 am we did get into the house. It was clean and all was fine from there.

    It was fine after the code wouldn't opened the door. The representative did stay until we got in. The stay was good. It was a great resort pool and setting about an 1/2 mile from condo. The children enjoyed that what mattered.

    awesome place, loved the oasis club.two small things that need to be addressed, the toilet in the master bath is leaking from the tank, causing it to run and fill very frequently. going to waste a lot of water.also, something wrong with the master bed, briken spring or frame, causing major sag in the middle.

    Very much enjoyed my stay at this rental. It was clean and very big. The two disney rooms would be great for kids. One thing of note is to bring your own coffee filters and cling wrap as there wasn't any in the kitchen. Highly recommended
