Unsurpassed ocean views - 11th floor Tessoro 1102

A beautiful unit in a well-situated building with spectacular views! Nicely furnished and perfect for our group of 6. Host Valery and property manager Manuel were very responsive each time there was an issue or question. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Tessoro in Puerto Penasco, Mexico, was absolutely fantastic! The 11th-story condo offered breathtaking views of the water on both sides—perfect for sunrise and sunset. The space was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it an ideal getaway. Waking up to the sound of waves and panoramic ocean vistas was pure bliss. Highly recommend this stunning spot for anyone visiting Rocky Point!

We love the resort and condos there.

We visit this resort a few times a year. It is an easy fun vacation. The condos are always nice and the staff is great. A great family vacation.

The tide is so dramatic here with huge and small tide pools and surrounded by the estuary it was incredible. Pool isn’t heated but the hot tub is. Views are amazing!! Well stocked full kitchen.

Such a great time! The views from the balcony are incredible and it's such a peaceful spot in Rocky Point. The condos are beautiful , much nicer than the average condo over on Sandy Beach. And Valerie was an amazing coordinator. Very responsive, though there wasn't really anything we needed that wasn't already there. I can't recommend this place enough! You don't have to deal with the crowds on other beaches. The only downside is that it is about a 15 minute drive into town, but that's what makes this resort / condo so peaceful. It's away from the busier beaches.

Tessoro is in a great location, the end of Las Concha’s beach. The beach is great, the tide goes out forever. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The folks with the development were very helpful. It’s Mexico, so expect that the development isn’t complete, but all was great. Will stay again.

No property manager on premises (Manuel) until we called the grounds keeper for help with a water leak 4 days in. Then, he showed up for a minute and we never saw him again. We never met him, and he never was there to even greet us, introduce himself, welcome us, or help us with anything. Lack of adequate toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. We had to buy these things. Hot water issues, maintenance forgot to turn the water heater on. Leak under the master sink with water everywhere, kitchen sink hardware had to be replaced while we were there, and the master shower did not drain so there was an overflow of water in the master bath. Also, the master toilet did not flush and had to be plunged with every single use. Laundry room was locked and we had no access until maintenance was called to unlock it., TV did not have channels unless you paid for programing. And no instructions if other options were available. Second bedroom had no closet and no waste paper basket. So basically, there were issues every single day, and no property manager to speak to address them. Will not be back.
