The location is wonderful in the gallery district- the front porch which was exclusive to our unit was a pleasure to sit on and watch the world go by. The interior was smartly furnished. Met almost all of our needs. The Only drawback was that there was no onsite parking. The town recently instituted a new pay parking system for every spot in town which made it extremely difficult to use our car. I will say that walking to most locations in town was not a hardship. Overall I would recommend this property.

Great location, had a great time. The only issue was with the TV. The instructions to get it to work with a firestick were confusing, and we could not get ti to work except for watching HULU which was frustrating.

The #1 unit is gorgeous and very comfortable. Every detail has been carefully prepared to create a setting for a gracious and comfortable holiday stay.I wish I had this kitchen at home. We ate out so much while on holiday but this kitchen is the real deal, well furnished with every pot and pan and appliance one could wish for.But the show stopper, is the front porch! To have exclusive use of this space over looking the pedestrian parade of Commercial Street made us so delighted with our choice of this rental. We spent most of our time there, reading, visiting with friends, sitting with our puppy. The porch is the best. Plus the beach is right across the street. Also of note are the very nice, original oil paintings of Provincetown scenes! We had great weather, but there is a cabinet filled with classic games to make a raining day fun. The East End market is practically across the street. We'll be backDan Sherman and Richard Skipper

Gail's home was perfect for our stay, and we'd gladly stay here again. Our favorite part was the front porch overlooking Commercial St. and the beautiful flowers in the front garden. Starting each day sipping our coffee out on the porch was a delight, and we loved the people (and dog) watching. Steps from the harbor beach -- couldn't be more convenient! Great shell The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. There's a bathroom in the primary bedroom (en suite), but we ended up using the second (larger) bathroom to shower, as it's been renovated and is more spacious/modern. The house was well-equipped. Gail was easy to communicate with and was a welcoming host. We'd gladly stay again, and recommend it!

The property was lovely. Spacious, well-stocked, and clean. What was wonderful was the attention to details that improved our stay: sets of binoculars, extra umbrellas, not having to worry about keys!, plenty of charging stations. And the private front porch was a spacious benefit- we sipped coffee in the mornings, read, people watched, etc. Without question we would stay here again!

Very comfortable and pleasant. Great location, close to everything but still quiet at night. Exclusive access to the front porch was a real plus! Parking just down Commercial St at Pat’s Parking Lot was convenient and trouble free. Shower in the en-suite bathroom was a little tight, but the second bathroom shower is much more spacious. Overall a great place to stay.

This was our second time staying at the property and cannot recommend it enough. The unit is large and exceptionally clean. Any item you may need during your stay can be found in the unit. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the center of town and a quiet place to escape the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street. The front porch is perfect for reading and relaxing with a morning coffee. We cannot wait to stay again.

We had a few days exploring Cape Cod and surrounding. Our first trip to the states, from England. This was a lovely apartment. The only issue is the taps for the en-suite shower are quite difficult to manage especially if you have any hand mobility problems such as arthritis.

We have been through a lot this year and we so appreciated the communication before our stay, in addition to the clean and cozy home. Perfect location in the quiet east end neighborhood of Commercial St. and the front porch is divine for taking in sun and people watching. This was an oasis away from home, and the healing vacation that we needed.

I've stayed at many short term rentals, and I don't think I've ever had one this well stocked/equipped. All those little things I've had to purchase or bring to other rentals: containers for leftovers, sandwhich bags, cling wrap, sugar, tissues, etc. This home already had all those things and it was much appreciated. Also had all the cooking apparatus I could want. Great house with 1800's charm, perfectly located on a quieter side of Commercial street, but not far from the fun. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Initially it was great. Right down to the junk drawer. Feels like a house. But, due to my disabilities, there were some hiccups. I misread and didn't re-read the parking. Do not park in the driveway as it's not for guests, just cleaning crews. I also had a medical emergency the morning I had to leave. This resulted in leaving late. Gail won't contact you unless there's a problem. And she tries to act like your mother. Could have been a bit nicer about things, benefit of the doubt at the very least that there was an innocent mistake. I won't be staying again because of this interaction with her, but the property is nice. There is water damage in the master bathroom on the ceiling. It was dry, but apparent. Floors need leveling. Old house, I get.it. But there are solutions.

My partner and I came with a group of friends and had a wonderful time at the Tall Ship Condos. The showers had good pressure and were hot. The beds were comfortable. We also used the pull out bed in the couch which was alway comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. We will definitely be back!

Overall a cozy place with a great location. Not really spacious as described but fine for us (2 adults and a dog). As noted - parking is a challenge. We opted to pay for a lot for the week rather than hunt for a spot and worry about moving the car for street sweeping. Upstairs neighbors were loud - especially at night. And you can hear everything they are doing. They also threw a party and left behind garbage both inside and outside in common areas. So that was disappointing. Overall a nice cozy place in a good location. At this price point my experience is that there are much more dog friendly options across Ptown with a stronger sense of hospitality.

Gail's condo was perfect for us (me, my husband, and our adult son)! Cozy but plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, within walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to see and do. Gail was a great host, gave us plenty of information ahead of time and was responsive while we were there. I highly recommend this VRBO!

We loved this little place just a short walk Provincetown’s center and right across the street from beach access. We stayed in the unit with the lower front porch and it was so nice to enjoy a cup of tea and a book out there. Gail was quick with communication and the check in process was super smooth. Parking was a bit of a challenge but we lucked out with some spots fairly close. We followed the street cleaning rules and glad we did - seems like a $100 parking ticket if you leave your car in a street cleaning zone!! Over all we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place and Provincetown in general.
