Two Bedroom Luxury Condo in Beautiful February Point

The condo is absolutely beautiful, furnished very nicely with wonderful views, both out out of the front and the back. Our only criticism would be the kitchen. Accessories are very minimal. It makes it difficult to try and cook at home with such minimal accessories. We are so wish there was a grill accessible to the condo.

This condo was stunning. Communication with the booking process and management staff was excellent.

Exuma has limited resources, but this condo does a great job of adding some luxury to your stay.

The units in The Views are wonderful and live up to the photos. They are practically new and well-appointed with luxury furnishings. The building is close to the Beach Club pool and restaurant/bar. The pool was closed for a few days for repairs, but no big deal as they have another one up the road about 200 yards. We had a few issues with the initial unit as the A/C air handler unit pan was leaking into the main hall. The property manager moved us to a 3-bedroom unit as they didn't want to disturb us while they worked on it. Overall the stay was great. Special shout out to Cory (or Corey.) He was always hustling to make sure our stay was top-notch. Other maintenance guys Mark and Maurice, were great too. If this is your first visit to Exuma, be advised this is a primate outer island, and the roads are not great. Rent a car as taxis are not easy to get at all times. Groceries stores have almost everything you need but are a bit pricey. For sure rent a boat or charter a boat for a few days as that is the real magic of Exuma! Beach bars and restaurants are a treat just over at Stocking Island. We will be back for sure!

We spent a wonderful weekend at The Views. It was the perfect base for us to explore the beauty of the Exumas. The apartment is so spacious, beautifully interiored and very clean. With its close proximity to the Beach Club ( less than 30 steps), we were able to enjoy the amazing restaurant, pool, beach and warm clear ocean. Take the lobster if it’s on the menu…. so delicious. The property was wonderfully peaceful with stunning views. Careful thought has been given to all the amenities from little things like the powerful hair dryers and pods for the washing machines to the brand new appliances. Island Concierge stocked the fridge and so we were ready to go as soon as we arrived. The Property Manager was so welcoming, kind and hospitable and couldn’t have been more helpful. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you for having us!
