Two bedroom condo near to everything Ptown has to offer

Thoughtful owner, terrific location, well appointed kitchen, onsite parking, nice linens, books and games, great shower, comfortable bed, good reading lights. Kevin’s condo had it all! Would certainly choose it again for a Provincetown visit

Convenient location, squeaky clean, felt like staying at a friends place with all the comforts air home. Beds were Devine!

The house is comfortable and very well equipped. Both The art and cleanliness were truly appreciated. The notes from the owner were very helpful. Great access to the national seashore and the downtown galleries and shops .

Another amazing stay at this lovely home. This is our third time staying here and we already look forward to the next. We have stayed here in Summer and Winter and it’s just perfect. It truly is close to everything, and it was especially magical this time to walk out to the monument in all her lit up Holiday glory. It’s right outside the door here! And it snowed! The full kitchen is a godsend when traveling with kids, the beds are comfortable. You simply cannot go wrong here. Thank you, Kevin for another beautiful stay.

This was the best place we have stayed in Provincetown. Location was close enough to walk everywhere and the accommodations were functional and very attractive. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal in the well supplied kitchen and enjoyed dinner in the spacious dining area. Attention to detail was incredible. I forgot my little magnifying mirror for make-up and guess what?... there was one in the bathroom. My family had a fabulous experience and highly recommend this condo! We hope to return here for future vacations.

I think this is the third time I have stayed here as we all love this rental. The kitchen is well stocked with everything from spices and oil to cutting boards, cookware, and coffee makers. The only things I really should have brought this year are my favorite knife (really there is no way for a VRBO host to provide a good knife as so many renters will not take care of it) and a colander.

Well supplied kitchen, coffee, condiments. Plenty of towels. Great location. Wonderful deli on corner.

Great place super close to downtown and plenty of walking. If you drove or people you travel with did, a massive added bonus of having PLENTY of parking across the street.Pretty chill location with the bedrooms set back into the back of the house so there is little to no road noise. Clean, simple, easy. What more could ya want!

Charming place, great location (except no sidewalk when walking to commercial st), in unit washer dryer excellent , kitchen excellent, cleanliness ok. We cleaned to our standards at arrival. Bath towels were stained. Glad we brought our own. The couches can use cleaner covers. We covered with our bed sheets that we brought. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot, this was our second year in a row staying here. Neat, clean, super. Convenient to everything Downtown P-Town has to offer and a 5 min walk to the beach. The unit has everything we needed to make our stay great, so ask before you pack. Covered front porch great for people-watching, and screened-in back porch offers privacy outdoors. Reserved parking space 10 from front door to unit is awesome.

The unit had everything we needed to feel at home for our three nights in PTown and the proximity allowed us to park and walk to the Pier and Monument. Our whale watching trip was amazing! We saw over 30 humpbacks feeding.

Before the summer season I wanted a place to work where I could walk to everything. This was perfect for my needs. The library was a 5 min walk. The house is like a home, cozy with comfy chairs. It was on the dark side with drapes, but the lighting inside is excellent. Everything I needed was there in the kitchen - very well stocked. The road can be busy during the day bc it links the highway to Commercial St., but it's right in town.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Plenty of amenities, a great shower, and a comfortable bed. We did hear the upstairs neighbor walking around in the daytime, but it was quiet at night. The host had excellent communication. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Everything about the property was as promised in the listing. The owner was available at night to revolve an issue that came up. Was able to walk to every place. I wanted to go in Provincetown from the property.

The house was the perfect size for our family of four, and the location is fantastic. Shopping, hiking, beaches, harbor, etc are all in extremely close proximity. The house is only a few blocks from commercial street, so need to find parking.The house was in excellent condition when we arrived, and both the check in/out process was easy. Also, the owner of the home provided very detailed instructions and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this property if you’re planning to visit Provincetown.

This is our second time staying at this property. Last summer we stayed with our two sons, and this weekend was a lovely stay, just my wife and I. This property is warm, inviting and steps away from Commercial Street, MacMillan Pier, and the Monument is the first thing you see when you walk out the door! The master bedroom boasts a comfy queen sized bed with tv and a lovely closed in porch out of the side door. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sets of cookware, a keurig, standard coffee machine and French press. It is perfectly decorated with local artwork, beautiful stained glass lamps and sunbathers. The shower pressure is amazing! The beaches are minutes away, as is stop and shop and CVS is right across the parking lot. It is close to everything yet set far enough away from the hustle bustle when you want to rest. This is truly a gem. We came home and immediately signed on to try to book our summer week, and found that unfortunately it was booked….but we will absolutely stay here again. And Kevin the host is amazing to deal with. Responsiveness is so quick and he was able to accommodate a change we needed with ease and generosity. Do not miss this property. It’s perfect.

Myself, my daughter and her best friend, stayed at the rental for four nights. Everything was great- the house was ready upon arrival. It included bedding and towels which many rentals do not, along with a kitchen full of everything one would need. The unit was very clean and comfortable and nothing beats the location. So close to Commercial Street but far enough away that it is quiet at night. Would highly recommend and hope to be back again in the future. 1 week not enough. Great location, very comfortable place. Well stocked with everday needs. 1 floor was the best... completely enjoyed ourselves.

This was my families second stay at this Town Center Unit and we loved it as much as the last visit. The only downside was I did not bring my own knives this time because I remembered the kitchen was very well outfitted and left my kitchen box at home. I realized the homeowner could not really outfit the kitchen with good knives as many guests would put them in the DW. So next year I will bring my own and our visit will be perfect.

This unit was one of the best I have stayed at on VRBO or any other vacation rental platform. The kitchen was very well supplied, and had everything you could possibly need in a vacation rental. There was a generous supply of towels and washcloths, and although we did not use them, beach supplies. The location was great, minutes to Commercial Street and numerous restaurants and entertainment places. There was a wonderful deli a block away that had great baked goods, a small assortment of groceries and fruits and vegetables. The sandwiches, both breakfast and lunch were top notch. The unit was very comfortable, with adequate air conditioning, and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay and very conveniently located. It is exactly as shown in the listing but felt roomier. It is in a great location. You're a less than 5 minute walk down the hill to Commercial St, but the house is in a quiet area of town. Great instructions from Kevin for check-in. I would book this place again.

We had a very pleasant for our family of four. Paris: - Location to everything you want to do without being in the chaos of Commercial Street - Amenities are well thought out including washer/dryer, soap, beach supplies, games, etc - Good communication and direction Point to Consider: - Some of the equipment in the home could be updated, but is functional. Overall, a solid choice for a family or group of friends traveling to Ptown.
