The third bedroom is accessed through the queen bedroom, making it ideal for families or close groups but less suited to guests needing maximum privacy.

    The condo is great! Terrific view, comfortable and clean, kitchen with all the necessities, and has a very comfortable living area to look at the gorgeous view of just hang out. Also had a nice porch area with table and chairs with that awesome Mountain View. Steps away from the wedding we attended at “The Boulders”. We really enjoyed this comfortable, quiet place.

    We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The property came with everything we needed, and the close proximity to not only Safeway, but also to even local shopping, made our stay that much more pleasant! Even though there’s no A/C, just open the window, turn on the ceiling fan, and you’ll be just fine. Some previous guests complained there’s not enough seating, but there IS a bench tucked under the dining table. We even saw some guests (in the form of local wildlife) wandering past, which was a nice reminder of just where you are. Being so close to the entrance to RMNP was also very nice, but knowing that after a long day out exploring Estes Park and the mountains, it’s nice to know we are coming back to a really nice condo to rest. Overall, highly recommended property, and we hope to be able to come back!

    Property access and check in was super easy just given a door code. Condo was clean. Nice kitchen and master suite. Laundry in the condo was nice. Little awkward layout having to go through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd but fine for the kids. Also french doors on the 3rd bedroom and spare bathroom were a little less private than full doors but again worked for kids rooms. For a family of 5 would have been nice to have an extra chair or 2 for the dining area as it only sat 4 so had to eat on the couch. You could hear the wedding venue across the street in the evenings but if you shut the windows it was no problem. This was a lower level so occasionally heard the guest upstairs but nothing disruptive. Ample reserved parking and easy location to get to. With no AC was wondering if it would be too hot but over the 4th of July was just fine if you kept the curtains down on the sunny side and we opened windows at night. Had elk come right by the bedroom window which was neat. Management was helpful and mailed back a water bottle we had left. We would stay there again.
