Top Floor End Unit Spectacular Views

Beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoyed every first coffee of the day and every evening sunset from the balcony. Beach walks with frequent dolphin sightings, bonus! Unit had everything we needed for a home-away-from-home stay. Tom is a fantastic host, always available, and showed up immediately when we had a problem....of our own creation, no less. Quick walk to shops and restaurants, no vehicle needed for a true beach vacation. Absolutely loved every minute!

We had such a nice time at this beautiful condo. The view down the beach is amazing, and it is a short walk out to the ocean and also to town. The water was warm and the beach floor is sandy. Our host was a great communicator. We will definitely stay again!

The rental exceeded expectations in every possible way. It felt welcoming and was exquisitely decorated— and let’s not forget the magnificent views which included sunsets, sunrises, and lots of dolphins! It was perfection down to every small detail. I had an excellent line of communication with the owner. I’ve been renting properties in Folly beach for many years and this one is the best by far!!!

The condo was just as described with a gorgeous view and 4 comfortable bedrooms. Great location with an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. And the host was so accommodating and helpful. Will stay again!

The condo was very spacious with a large common area with plenty of seating. The 4 bedrooms were also large and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great...easy walk to restaurants.

We were looking for a property with outstanding beach views and easy access for my limited mobility 85-year-old mother. This property did not disappoint!!! It was as described in the listing, and the host Tom was very accessible and accommodating! The balcony and sunset views are fabulous. The master bedroom bed, which my mother slept on, was the most comfortable bed she’d ever slept on in a rental. In fact, we asked the owner to tell us where he bought that mattress because she absolutely loved it! The location is perfect as well- very easy to get to from Charleson and lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were all tastefully decorated- my only criticism is that the patio balcony furniture was not in the best shape and not the most comfortable, but easy to overlook with such a nice view. In summary, we will definitely stay here again when we return to Folly Beach!

This unit is an amazing 4 bedroom 3 bath corner unit. We were happy with the set up, my friends felt that the amenities could use a little sprucing up, like better beach chairs & towels. There was some construction going on so we did not have direct access to the beach from our side of the building, it was a bit inconvenient to have to walk all the way around to get on the beach. However, this is No reflection on the host, he was amazing, full of helpful tips and suggestions. Tom was readily available and very gracious about everything. Would definitely go back.

Folly Beach and Unit are Wonderful ! Rated low because the owner didn’t represent all the property problems! #1 scaffolding up in view and loud construction equipment waking us by 8:00am every morning. Our pool tarp covered not useable. Other pool 3 football fields away ! Basically the owner didn’t tell us this construction was going on or nobody would rent his unit at this time ! He lied when being asked about our pool being open during our booking time ! The other issue was the beach renourishment project right on the beach in front of unit happening all at night beepers and heavy equipment bright lights had been going on for Months according to the workers ! This is the worst representation of a VRBO property I’ve ever experienced .. it’s sad the owner couldn’t have been more honest !!

Great location right on the beach and convenient to everything.

We loved the area and proximity to the strip and the beach. Tom was so great with helping us navigate rescheduling for the hurricane. Only hiccup was that elevator closest to our floor was down. But we made it work. Will def come back next year

We stayed from Thursday-Sunday Condo was well equipped. Ocean front. Walking distance to the restaurant's and bars (2-3 blocks) Great Time

This property was perfect for my group! First the view was fantastic. It is in an amazing location. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and seamless. The amount of beds and bathrooms was fantastic! Parking was also easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this property. We really enjoyed our stay!

Tom was very helpful with our stay leading up to the trip and answering every question we had along the way. This place has everything you want in a beach condo property. You can’t beat the view out back either! Sunsets were gorgeous. You are literally a stone’s throw away from the beach. And also walking distance to everything you in Folly city center. Definitely recommend staying here at this beautiful property.

The property was great with an oceanfront view and pool access. Dining, shopping, bars and fishing pier within walking distance. I would stay again

Beach and pool access from this corner unit were great While sitting on the patio of this top unit, it was lovely to watch the pelicans fly overhead because they seemed at arm’s reach.

My husband and I took 5 grandkids aged 15-21 and had a great time on our first visit to Folly Beach. The condo was great, the beach was great, the food was walking distance and wonderful! Tom was accessible and responsive and friendly. All around a great time!

Very eclectic rental. Lots of room. Proximity to the beach was awesome. Could stand to be updated a bit. Overall a nice getaway weekend for us.

Roomy 4 bedroom condo for 7 of us. Easy short access to the beach and swimming pool, either by elevator or the staircase, which is close to the unit. No problems with parking (we were in 3 vehicles). We called our host about the parking passes, and he told us what to do, no problem. The unit was quiet and we loved sitting on the balcony - great view of water and sunsets. It was a great way to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family!
