Pet friendly. Even had water and food bowls for your pet. The ocean views were breathtaking. Very clean and many added, thoughtful, items, ie., toothbrushes, hair brushes, razors, shaving creme, body lotion, dog leash, doggie waste bags, coffee pods, assorted spices and the list goes on. The deer would visit and graze daily. Many birds and dolphins. Such s serene and peaceful getaway. Heaven seems a little closer in a house by the water and this was definitely our experience. My only negative review is that the bed in the master bedroom could use a mattress topper as the mattress is extremely firm.

Beautiful place and we loved everything about our stay. Brittany was wonderful in adapting to some changes we needed to make. We would definitely stay here again.

This beach condo was very nice and had everything you would need to have a great vacation. The view from the back porch was amazing and enjoyed seeing all kinds of wildlife. We had perfect weather all week and enjoyed the beautiful beaches each day. We discovered that having a golf cart made travelling around the island a fun adventure! It was hard to leave but we will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and having a pool was really great. Walks to the beach during low tide and watching the golfers was fun.

Brittany’s place was perfect for our little family of 4 plus our Boykin spaniel. The second bedroom was set up perfectly for our girls to sleep comfortably in separate beds and their room was in a good spot isolated from other sounds after their bedtime while we were still awake and moving around the condo. The master bedroom and living room have a beautiful view of the ocean as shown in photos. We give 5 stars all around except for cleanliness and location which we gave 4. Cleanliness because the floor was still pretty grimy upon arrival as if the cleaning company only used a wet swiffer, but there was a mop, bucket and soap on the property and it was much better after we did a couple passes, otherwise the place was very clean and tidy. On location, 4 stars because we prefer walking distance to the beach. Technically this property had that, but it’s only accessible at low tide and the access has lots of steps, so not a great option if you use a wagon for beach equipment. Beach access is still easy enough if you have a golf cart to load everything on and drive to one of the other accesses and the kids enjoy the ride. Positives still outweigh the negatives on location due to it being a very quiet community, a private pool right there, and really nice ocean and golf course views. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and the hosts have thought of lots of details for guests staying there. Would definitely recommend them!
