Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the unit. Having a family member with a dust allergy, the ceiling fans, and around the beds were covered with dust, therefore making him feel bad the entire trip. Also, the blinds in the master bedroom and den do not close all the way. For privacy and light, we had to put towels along the windowsill to remedy this problem.

The building has luggage carts and ramp which made unloading easy. There were several beach chairs and towels available for use. Unit was very clean and close to the beach. The AC worked great and the showers were very nice. We loved the back screened in porch. Area is very quiet despite being a condo unit.

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The hosts went above and beyond having all the little things on hand that we didn't need to run out and buy. The location is perfect. The pool and beach access are just steps away. We had a lovely vacation on IOP. Be back next year!

Other than those minor issues, we had a great time.

However, when booking online, there was a 40% promotion that I was unable to apply on the reservation. It didn't say the property did not qualify; I just went in circles trying to apply the code. When I finally called the office, about 10 days later to inquire, I was told that I waited too long and should book by phone to get the best price. I understand my delay was excessive, but I was unhappy that I was not able to get the discount in the first place that was available online.
