1.dirty-dirty towels still in the cabinet in one of the rooms upstairs from previous guests.,bugs everywhere(ants on the bed,bathroom and living room)spiders on the porch. 2.no extra blankets and pillowcase 3.dishwasher not working 4.false advertisement-there was an extra bed in one of the rooms upstairs but is missing when we arrived. 5.communication-owners never reply to any of my message while we were staying. overall,horrible experience.

We actually didn’t stay. The door was unlocked upon arrival. The lockbox was open and the key in the doorknob. Bottom step was broken. It was 75 degrees in the house. We immediately turned the air down and waited at least 30 minutes but it never got cooler and it was even hotter upstairs. A huge wasp was in the downstairs bathroom that we couldn’t get to to kill. It wasn’t a good experience for us and after being in the hot sun all day with a 6 month old baby. We decided to go back home. The host aware of everything has it happened. I did ask for a refund but haven’t heard anything back yet.

Beds were super comfy and loved sitting out on the deck area. We had a great time, but unfortunately had to leave early due to a family emergency...would have loved to have fit that final day in. Location worked really well for our girls getaway. Area was quiet and restful.

Great location close to town

The condo was clean and spacious. It was a good location. Close to sightseeing and shopping in Helen but in a quiet area. My only complaint, and that's because we are all over 75, is there needs to be a handrail to the second floor bedrooms.

We enjoyed the apartment very much! Having King beds in all bedrooms and separate bathrooms for each is the best. The house was clean and very close to town. Thank you

We had an amazing time!! Our place was very roomy, close to everything we decided to do!And the host always got back to me in a timely manner. We LOVED the Christmas lights in Helen

Nice place! Great location and very comfy beds/bedding. I would recommend staying here.

Please get decent cookware and dishes for kitchen. Toilet downstairs needs repairs. Kitchen is super small.

This is a nice layout and well kept but there are many missing details. No waste baskets in bathrooms or bedrooms. No extra blankets for the beds. Minimum number or of towels in bathrooms. No dish cloths or dish towels. Not enough cups, plates, dishes for 6 people. Dishwasher didn’t work. Very poor lighting in the living room and minimal furniture. We enjoyed our stay which was only 2 nights and it met our limited needs.

It was fine for our family of six . Close to places we wanted to see. Could use more place settings and utensils. The communication with owner was great. Missed a few light bulbs and batteries in TV remotes. Overall a good experience:)

Very spacious but lacking some normal necessities. Linens were provided but a bath mat for the showers would have been useful.

The apartment was in a great location to see all the local attractions. It was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were sparse and the deck was covered with spiderwebs.

Overall great stay for a night .didn't give 5 stars on cleanliness because outside deck was covered in webs

Everything was great

The condo was very clean. Linens appeared to be fairly new and were well-stocked. The soaps in the showers were a nice touch, as well as the provided hair dryer. However, some things were not working properly, like bathroom fans and shower heads. And the beds were simple frames and felt a bit rickety. The kitchen is also quite sparse. This was a good solution for a night or two, but I wouldn't want for an extended stay.

The property is nice

Property was as described was in good location to town just far enough out for privacy. Beds where amazingly comfortable after a day of activities.

The apartment is right in town. Three couples stayed at the apartment. The beds we comfortable and we loved the idea of our own bathroom, especially with three women. Very short drive to town or a good walk

James was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. Host was easy to communicate with.

The apartment was nice and clean. Location is just a little ways out of town, not within walking distance in the winter time but would be a good walk in the summer or fall. The only three things that I would say that would need attention would be the coffee maker that only worked if you held the handle down on it. And to be able to turn off the outside yard light outside of the first floor bedroom window or put some kind of a heavier curtain up that the light will not shine through. It’s almost as bright as daylight, even with the lights turned off in the bedroom at night. The third thing the apartment really needs six new coffee cups. There was only three in the cabinet and they looked really old and stained, but other than that the apartment is a great place to stay and we would stay again. we would have given it a five star overall rating if it hadn’t been for these three things.

We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Roomy accommodation, walking distance to town activities, nicely snuggled in mountains

Place was very nice. Loved having 3 BR and 3 baths. Unfortunately, upon arrival, only had hot water in one shower. Contacted host who came the next day and texted that there was hot water in all bathrooms and both hot water heaters were working. That was not correct. He did get one more bathroom working, but never the third.

The property was wonderful. In my opinion, the kitchen needs hot pads, a sponge or dish cloth and a couple more coffee cups. Everything thing else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

No hot water in upstairs bathroom. Bathroom shower faucet kept falling off making it very hard to adjust the water flow and hot water. No coffee supply at all - contacted the manager but did not receive any response. No instructions about how to use the TV - contacted the management but no help!!

The condo was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to town. There is one assigned parking spot but visitor spots are available on a first come first served basis. The entrance is up a slight hill. The owner was very easy to work with.

Convenient to town, plenty of room for 6.

Too many spiderwebs on the patio plus the drapes were see-through in one main bedroom not very comfortable

Great place to stay for the value.
