Three Sisters Springs W/River and Gulf access and floating dock steps from unit!

Fantastic property with everything you need! Perfect location with quick access to the Springs. You can watch the manatees swim in the channel right outside the window! The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay that was swimming distance from the manatees! Loved using the kayaks. Full size fridge and pots and pans. Bring quarters for washing machine or use the laundry mat just down the road.

I stay in a lot of VRBO’s so I really appreciate honest, helpful reviews so here goes:Pros: It is literally right next to 3 sisters springs, so if that’s what you’re here to see it is perfect. You can kayak right down early in the morning or before sunset when all the crowds aren’t there. You can kayak out further but past the canals there are so many boats that it’s kind of rough. It’s clean! The condo itself is pretty outdated but it’s clean so if you’re not looking for anything fancy it’s perfect. If you don’t like stairs do be aware though that the bedrooms are upstairs. Location is pretty central if you’re hitting all the springs. Communication was great!! Cons: Not much privacy. There are 4 units total & the little patio areas are right next to each other. The kayaks are in pretty rough shape (but they are included). That’s the whole reason we rented the condo & both the seat backs were broken off & one has a leak in it & fills with water. Hope this helps!!! We weren’t disappointed in our stay.

The location was amazing! The check in process was great. The only complaint is that the top bunk bed was full of sand. It leads me to believe those sheets were not changed prior to our visit. Overall, the facilities were clean, accessible and accommodating.

Nice two story condo. Very clean and in a beautiful area. Neighbor next door, Patty, is an absolute sweetheart, and had an adorable little dog she let my boys run around and play with. We had our own boat dock. The docking was a little tight but we all need to work. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you very much.

Great property!

The place was nice enough. The kitchen sink is leaking and the neighbor has a dog that jumped on our kids and tried repeatedly to come in the back door. We would have to run around to the gate and go in the front because the dog wouldn’t stay out or go home. It is a short paddle to the springs and they are beautiful.

Great location, nice neighborhoods

Location was great for kayaking. Kayaks and the docks ranged from good to needing repair, but we and the other guests shared the better facilities. Beds were very comfortable, and location was quiet. Cleanliness was good, although, there were floor fans which were very dirty. Place is old and has some outside wood decay, but nothing too serious considering the hurricanes they have been through. Second story balcony not recommended for pets or children, but did provide a pleasant sitting area. Neighbor in unit 2 appears to live there, but she and her dog were pleasant. Neighborhood very quiet. Parking (2 marked spaces per unit) was not a problem.

Great check in, location on canal was great. Pete was great when I contacted him for a problem on our part and he knew exactly what we had done (we were at wrong rental place).

The kayaks and proximity to the springs made our trip unforgettable. The neighbors were nice and helpful. We want to go back next year!

Location is excellent, 5 min to see manatees by kayak. We visited the springs every morning and really enjoyed swimming/kayaking with manatees

Cant beat the location. Great for manatee lovers and close to Three Sisters and great restaurants. Communicative property manager and easy check in and out. Had the absolute best birthday weekend. Perfect for us and just a cute property. Would def book again.

Unfortunately our stay came right after 2 major hurricanes. Place looks great after the storm damages. No manatees were sighted at Three Sisters Spring due to hurricanes. Homosassa was closed during our stay due to damages. Most restaurants were open for businesses.

The location of this home is perfect for children. We felt safe the whole time. The kayaks are defiantly an added benefit as we were able to be at the springs or seeing manatees right from the home. We will be back!

This location is perfect if you are looking to kayak to three sisters springs, it could not have been better, not only did we get to experience the manatees in the springs, but they were in the canal 20ft from the dock. Also a HUGE shout out to Pete,super nice guy, and one of the most gracious hosts I have ever experienced, wish I had more stars to give.
