The Seaside Sanctuary: Private Beach Fire Pit

The Seaside Sanctuary is a stunning two story condo with private beach access and a private fire pit and seating on the beach. The front door of The Seaside Sanctuary is steps from the sand and allows for easy and comfortable beach enjoyment for the whole family. Make s’mores with your feet in the sand as you watch the sun dip below the horizon. Create a gourmet meal in the chef’s kitchen. Dine alfresco on the balcony with mountain views. Fall asleep to the sound of waves lappingon the sand.

This two unit building is directly on the sand. The Seaside Sanctuary is on the mountain side of the building with private beach access and a private fire pit and seating on the beach.

Primary Bedroom- The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It is separated from the living area by a set of French doors. It has a king sized bed, TV and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Off the primary bedroom is the patio, complete with mountain views, a fire pit, gas BBQ, table for outside dining and a sectional couch

Guest Bedroom- The guest bedroom is located on the 1st floor of the home. This room has 2 queen sized beds, a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The laundry room is attached to the downstairs bedroom and has a Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge. There is also a door that leads directly to the side of the building with a private walkway to the beach.

Bathrooms- The Seaside Sanctuary has 2 bathrooms. The downstairs ensuite bathroom has a bathtub shower, sink and toilet. The upstairs primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and double sinks. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are provided.

Living Room- The open concept living room is located on the second floor. There is a spacious L shaped couch in front of the wood burning fire place with a TV with cable and streaming abilities. There is another 3 seater couch and chairs near the entrance of the primary bedroom.

Dining Room- The dining table is located behind the living room couch and can seat 6.

The Kitchen- This chefs kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and all your cooking needs. We have a drip coffee pot in the kitchen ( Keurig for your coffee by the cup is in laundry room). There is a gas BBQ on the patio off the primary bedroom upstairs.

Parking- There are two off street tandem parking spots exclusively for guests of The Seaside Sanctuary.

Balcony- The balcony is the perfect place to relax, turn on the fire pit and BBQ some dinner! Located off the primary bedroom this patio is a great place to spend your evenings. The gas firepit and BBQ are wired to the house so no need for a propane tank.

Private Beach Fire Pit: There are 4 white Adirondack chairs and a woodburning fire pit for you to use on the beach in front of the home. Watch the sun set and dolphins swim past while making smores.

Wifi and TVs- The home is set up with high speed wifi. The router is located by the TV. The TVs are set up with cable.

Beach Gear- The house is located on the beach you are provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for all your beach needs. There are some beach toys in the storage unit at end of left side of driveway. Padlock is unlocked. We ask you do not leave any items on the beach and bring everything back on to the property when you are not using.

VRBO bookings, 95% refund up to 30 days prior and 45% refund up to 14 days prior to reservation. Security deposit will be refunded minus the credit card fee.
