This was a perfect location to enjoy Blowing Rock on foot. The condo was comfortable and modern. The furniture was comfortable to sit on. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved that both drip and kpod coffee was an option. They provided starting k pods, creamers and sugars. Parking was plentiful and safe. The host was awesome. Very quick responses and provided recommendations for things I was seeking. I would definitely reserve again.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully decorated with great little touches such as coffee supplies and a spare toothbrush in case you forgot yours. The furniture and bedding are super comfortable and we loved the convenience of the gas fireplace. We were within walking distance to downtown eateries and shopping. It is also just a few miles from skiing. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time at unit. It was clean and inviting and so close to town. Kacy and Tim were excellent hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay. They were very responsive whenever we had a question. We will definitely be back again.

The Rhodie was a beautifully decorated and nicely equipped condo. It was within walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock as advertised. We knew that there was no local television channels available; however, we were not able to sign on to any of our streaming services. While we didn't have to have television service, it would have been nice in the evening. We did have an issue with the drainage of the bathtub, which was reported to the hosts. A small comment was there were not any kitchen towels available. Communication with the hosts was easy and we did get a response right away, which was appreciated.

The condo was in great shape and had no issues while we stay there. It was very short walk to downtown. Overall it was very comfortable and I would stay there again. The hosts were gracious and other folks around in the area were also friendly.

The property managers were excellent to work with. The unit was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We loved having a glass of wine in the gazebo.

Location and layout was excellent.....our 2nd time staying here. However, while checking in, I noticed plungers in both bathrooms, right beside the toilets.....never a good sign but when I ended up sick with an intestinal virus, it was a nightmare. One toilet became clogged almost immediately and the sink I needed badly, would not drain. Good thing was that Tim, the host responded quickly and had a handy man to help in 20 minutes!!! A lifesaver!!! Suggestion: fix plumbing so that plungers are no longer needed for quick access!!

The Rhodie Blowing Rock was amazing. Location was so close to downtown BR while not having to deal with traffic and parking issues! Also, only 20min from Boone. Great location. Very clean and very modern feeling!

The Rhodie was the perfect backdrop for our girls’ weekend! The condo is so cute, the beds are super comfy, and the location is great! We walked to downtown Blowing Rock for dinner and shopping and can’t wait to come back soon! Thank you for a lovely weekend!

The property was just as advertised. Loved the decor. We really appreciated how well stocked it was. We didn’t do any cooking but everything was there that we would have needed. Lots of extras provided (even a toothbrush)! I would definitely recommend this property.

This condo is in a great location...walking distance to all the shops and lots of restaurants. It's clean and filled with everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed here with friends after a day of skiing. Great location a short walk to plenty of shops and restaurants in Blowing Rock. Kate was very helpful allowing us to check in early as it was raining and we wanted to get into our room before a clearer night session of skiing. Very comfortable and clean.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at this cozy condo. It was very clean and great communication with the owners. We both said that we would like to stay there again in the future!

Beautiful condo, exactly as listed

The Rhodie was such a comfortable and cozy spot for our weekend girls trip. It was an easy walk to Main Street and Sunset. The gas fireplace was much appreciated and the beds were comfy. There were so many thoughtful touches like coffee pods and extra blankets. Easy to get to and plenty of parking were great perks too!

Our first time in this particular condo. Updated, very clean, and a good location. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. We will definitely stay again.

This was such a nice place to stay. It was very clean. The host had left a bottle of wine and everything needed for coffee. The location was very convenient to all the shops and restaurants in Blowing Rock. We will definitely stay there again!

We have stayed in Royal Oaks Condominiums two times before but different units. Hands down, this unit was the best one and would definitely stay there again. Tim and Kacy were the best as to accommodating and very responsive. Unfortunately what we thought would be our usual mountain trip, turned out a lot more than expected. We were there at the time Helene hit western North Carolina. Luckily we did not loose power, did have water, no internet, which was minor compared to others in the area. Kacy and Tim stayed in touch. To put into perspective, the son of one of the women with us, along with his fiancé and 5 month old baby and 3 other adults and a dog were staying on Beech Mountain. They had to evacuate and because there was no place for them to go, they came to our condo. Kacy and Tim were so kind and had no problem with all of them staying the night. And if that was not enough, they helped us find another unit in Royal Oaks the next day, for the kids to stay, and for that we will always be grateful. We will definitely come back to Blowing Rock and Royal Oaks and hopefully Jim and Kacy’s unit.

Beautiful clean condo in great location (walkable to town and restaurants). Kacy was great with the communication and even ordered a crock pot since the condo didn’t have one yet when I asked. Couldn’t really ask for more! Will stay again.

This was a nice condo on the first floor very near parking. It has everything we needed. Hosts were wonderful.

My parents and my husband and I spent a few days in Blowing Rock after long-term family obligations. It is a great location to walk to town or take a short drive to several destinations including Boone. We enjoyed being together and sharing meals in the clean and inviting kitchen.

The property was clean, very well equipped and conveniently located. And if you are particular about towels, the ones at the property were obviously quality towels.

This condo is in a perfect location to downtown Blowing Rock and is an easy drive to the Parkway and Boone. As older adults, we appreciated the first floor location, the quiet neighbors, beautiful landscaping and easy parking. The owners are pleasant and responded promptly to our questions. The condo itself is comfortable and nicely decorated, and it had everything we needed for our nearly two-month stay. Two couples or a family could easily enjoy a long weekend, though it is a little small for more than two for a lengthy stay. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.
