Great location and comfy place to stay

The Oyster Suite is as lovely and charming as the pictures depict. This property, by far, is the cleanest property I have ever stayed at (and I've stayed at A LOT). The management team is very responsive, and got back with me quickly and thoroughly with answers to my questions. They also provided helpful information beforehand. The property is close to nearby restaurants, the Sugar Bakery (highly recommend!), as well as the popular King Street. We walked everywhere (even in the rain) and got there quickly and easily. When staying in Charleston, I highly recommend staying in The Oyster Suite!

The host for this property was attentive, and provided all the right information at the right times throughout the entire process. The property itself was clean and well appointed. Plenty of clean towels were available for both bathrooms. We used the master bedroom and the mattress was very comfortable. The neighborhoods around the property include several cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone considering this property.

Great place! It’s the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s really excellent. Clean, beautiful and in a neighborhood that’s not too noisy, but not too far from all the action. Highly recommend.

Our whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Check-in couldn’t have been easier. The property was clean, comfortable and located an easy walk to the downtown area. Communication was superior. The team was responsive and positive and provided recommendations and assistance immediately. We would definitely highly recommend the property and the team and would use them again!

Within walking distance to King and Market Street (city center square). Nice restaurants and shops. Driving distance to beach.

Nice, clean, and convenient location.

The property is comfortable and well located. The only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke, even to the point where my belongings smelled that way after only one night.

check in and check out was very easy. Kitchen was stocked well with essentials. Great location for walking to MUSC and local restaurants.

We were there for a fishing charter and enjoy the Downtown Charleston dining.

The Oyster Suite was a perfect place to stay to explore all of Charleston. It seemed like wherever we wanted to go, we were never more than 20 minutes away. We did a lot of searching, and couldn’t find much that had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the Oyster Suite fit that bill!Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the place and location. Had everything we needed.Only bad thing was the Mulberry tree & getting the berries all over the bottom of our shoes, even on our hands from the railings. One gal spent an hour trying to get the stain off her pants. I know it’s too hard to keep the steps clean, but maybe providing some kind of brush would help with cleaning shoes. Also the thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own

The property was clean, and just like the site photos. The bedrooms were generously sized with large comfortable beds and good-sized bathrooms. All of the appliances were clean and functional. The decor was tasteful and pretty. The TV was large, which is good if one likes to watch evening movies, etc. Cannon street was so lovely and our rental property was right in the middle of it. Several restaurants of various types and price range were within a 5 to 15 minute walk. Also, it took only 15 minutes to walk to King Street - a major shopping, dining and nightlife street. The hosts responded immediately, effectively and with sympathy to any question or issue. For example, we arrived late at night to check in and had trouble with the door code. Although it was 1:00 AM, the host answered the phone call and helped us by setting a new code. Cannon Street is safe and quiet.We had a lovely, happy time and the rental was worth every penny.

Tgere were 4 of us. The property was in decent neighborhood. Just a walk to King Street. Plenty of room. They let us drop our bags off before check in wh I ch was a big help.

While the living/kitchen was adequately heated, the secondary bedroom was quite chilly even though the thermostat was bumped up to 76

Great property, but does have a problem with noise carrying theough from upstairs and the communal stairwell.

This was an inviting and welcoming stay within Charleston and a close drive to all other locations we were visiting. Great location, easy to find, and had all the amenities we needed (yay for 2 bathrooms!). Only issues (please know not the fault of the owners in any way) guests staying in the unit above us had no residential etiquette as they were quite noisy with a lot of banging and heavy walking (love kids as I am an elementary teacher, but not when they run constantly above us). Also, on 2 occasions someone parked in our assigned spot. If we had not arrived while the vehicle owners were still at their cars, we would not have been able to remedy the issue. One person was a guest in a B unit (parked in an A spot!?!) and the other was a guest in a residence across from the Manor lot. Other than the two instances mentioned above, next time we visit Charleston, we will definitely be looking to book again. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

The property photos were very accurate and the place was clean and items were well kept. We had an issue at checking in as the code did not work. We did get a response fairly quickly and they also handled the internet issue we had. We appreciated the white sound machines as the road and upstairs tenants could be heard very clearly. We understand this was an old house and therefore not having the same sound barriers as today. Overall, the management company was very easy to work with and very responsive.

As described, this rental is comfortable, well equipped and clean. Hosts were very responsive to the few small issues we had. 15 min walk to King Street. A bit noisy from upstairs neighbors and street noise but didn’t bother us. Beds were comfy, full bathrooms were great and den was small but cozy. Great stay for a girls trip!

Totally renovated inside; outside could use some love. Easy walking to downtown. Road noise and loud foot traffic until wee hours on weekend.

We had a fabulous time in Charleston and loved our stay at the Oyster Suite!! Property management was so easy to deal with and very quick to respond. They also were very accommodating to a couple special requests that made our stay so easy!! Unit was clean and had everything we needed!

This cozy condo was just right for the two of us. Close to many restaurants, shops and not far from the Farmers Market. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with our friends from Mooresville NC. We are from Australia. The property was well set out, the bed enormous and we had a great stay.

Very nice but the street noise was loud especially from master bedroom.

This is a 2 bedroom (decent size), 2 bath condo with a small kitchen and small living area which was perfect for our group of three for a 3 day stay. About a six block walk from King Street and its shops and restaurants. Parking space in back.
