This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with one assigned off street parking space offers a seamless mix of comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of Charleston. This Indigo Suite second-floor unit is part of a charming 3-story home that hosts six private condos. It’s the ideal setup for groups traveling together who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own space. Thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, this unit offers a welcoming home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by more than four (4) unrelated people. This does NOT apply to families.



This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06548 and business license BL034117.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.



The Neighborhood:

Cannonborough is a lively neighborhood filled with personality. It’s known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee shops, and local bakeries. It’s a favorite for foodies and creatives. Walk to King Street in minutes or explore neighborhood gems like Sugar Bakeshop and Xiao Bao Biscuit. The vibe here is relaxed, young, and welcoming.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



‍ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.



If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.



Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.



Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.

    Its a great location to downtown in a historic Charleston condo. It has a nice atmosphere amd the beds were soooo comfortable. The CVP team was on top of communication and made the process easy. The biggest guage, would you stay there again? A resounding yes!!!

    Pros- has 4 walls and a roof, working AC, locationCons- Access code not set up for us when we arrived, filthy with mold in shower and on walls upon arrival (definitely not cleaned), minimal water pressure in the bathroom, TV remote broken (obviously not looked at, batteries corroded and appear to have been like that for MONTHS!!), cheapest version of everything (bed, paper towels, toilet paper, furniture, etc.)You will 100% be happier if you find another place to stay in Charleston.

    The condo is in a great location. We were able to walk to King Street during the day. We used Uber for night trips because it’s too far to walk in the dark. Small living space, but doable for 3 adults. Our only complaint is the noise. The people above us left in the middle on the night. Sound carries horribly in the halls and through the ceiling. Saturday night if you are staying the in the front room you may as well be on the street. It’s an extremely busy street! Very loud and also bright. I had to sleep in the living room. Sunday night was so much better, not nearly as busy or loud. So if you’re a light sleeper the front room is not for you.

    Nice quaint place but cleaning standards dismal. I stayed at the downstairs unit a year ago and the beddings were not changed for us. They had to come change them out during our stay. I decided to give them a second chance as the location is great and overall very good neighborhood. Second time again NONE of the beds had clean linen- hair, stains and literally you could see the indentation where someone had slept. Worst thing to experience at midnight after a days travel. They did refund the cleaning fee and a portion of the cost but at that point we were so disappointed and ready to leave. Great place but cleaning lacking.
