Such a great place! We loved it and loved the location!

only issue was loading and unloading. There is limited space on the road and the elevator is SLOW. As well, someone has to hold the elevator door with the button otherwise, eventually it starts beeping and the door closes regardless of if you have the door blocked or not.. The Charleston Place garage is very convenient (though pricey). The place was fine for the 2 of us and very clean. We parked and walked everywhere as the unit is very centrally located for everything we wanted to do downtown.

Great location. Easy access. Significant fan noise and wall vibration from the first floor restaurant exhaust running right through the unit’s kitchen. The jacuzzi tub finish and cleanliness prevented its use as a tub, and it is a huge step into it for the shower.

Location was impeccable! We didnt have to drive anywhere, everything was within walking distance! So awesome to have a restaurant right under it. Super close to the Charleston market. If you like sleeping in the complete dark, the bedroom provides that!Nice little rooftop patio to unwind or for a couple drinks before you go out!

The host is awesome. Beautiful property. Can’t beat the location. Felt very safe. Walk to everything. Parking garage is super close. City noise is minor. Private elevator is so cool. Charleston is a “must see” city!

Really nice location, close to transit and restaurants. The suite was very comfortable with a huge jacuzzi tub and sweet little kitchen set up.....highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this property. The location was amazing. We were able to easily walk everywhere- restaurants, shops etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Charleston!

Perfect location! This was my second time staying at Matt’s VRBO, and it was just as great as I remembered it almost ten years ago. The location is beyond perfect. Walkable to all of the downtown Charleston hot spots - restaurants, shopping, the Market, you name it! This time my best friend and I stayed for a mom’s getaway. A great weekend with a dear friend in the perfect location.

Nice place. One problem that needs attention. The air vent in the kitchen ceiling just outside the bedroom door needs attention. It rattles a great deal and can even be heard with the bedroom door closed.

Overall a good experience! Property was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of almost everything in downtown Charleston. Communication with property owner was great. I highly recommend this property for people visiting Charleston.

Fantastic location with a property exactly as advertised. Right in the heart of Charleston, but you would never know with how quiet the condo is. HUGE bed and almost a blackout bedroom with the doors closed for those who need a little extra time to sleep in. I could not encourage this location more

This is a great place with an amazing location. It is a little difficult to find initially, but it’s worth it. The garage is significantly more than listed, but place is great. It was clean and really close to all the things.

This property wad in a GREAT location! I really appreciate the property manager pictures to help with the location and parking. We truly enjoyed this trip and will definitely be staying at this location again.

Great location in downtown Charleston! Stayed for a few days with a friend and had plenty of space.

We came here for a granddaughters wedding. It was close by so it fit our needs to walk around to it and the rehearsal dinner. Was very quiet,relaxing and homey feeling. Loved our stay.

In town for a family wedding, great locale and within walking distance to literally everything. Host was in constant communication with me in regards to an early check in due to rehearsal dinner times/,traveling from Western VA. Only downside was the elevator having no air, like, at all and we stayed on the third floor. After walking in heat and humidity in May when you're acclimated to the Blue Ridge/Appalachia Mountains, there was no reprieve. Also, parking was not ideal. Elevators were located only on one side of the garage (by Charleston Place). I travel heavy so lugging luggage down the stairs (where we parked was closer to unit vs elevators due to traffic) was also not ideal but a beautiful weekend non the less. Outdoor area was cute and could use a little bistro table for coffee in the am, just sayin! All in all, would return, in the fall or winter

The property was very clean and was also very quiet. The check out process was great and very simple. The host was responsive within minutes when we had questions. Location can’t be beat! We parked our car upon arrival and walked everywhere, not needing the car once. Definitely recommend!

Great location

Location is awesome. So close to all the major landmarks of downtown Charleston including City Market, King St shopping, and plenty of great restaurants. The unit was comfortable and clean. We loved the little balcony overlooking restaurant and street below. The bed was very comfortable and other amenities great for a weekend stay.

Loved the location of this VRBO, it was close to everything we wanted to do in downtown Charleston. The host was super accommodating and kind. We would stay again!

The property wasn’t as polished as some we have stayed in but it was all about the location which was excellent for the downtown area. Parking was not as straightforward as we expected as the car park by the apartment was full when we arrived

Since we wanted to stay in the downtown area, this place was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere, come back to change , then go back out for the evening. We had everything we hoped for, thank you!

Short getaway from work

Took my wife to Charleston for the weekend. Great place to stay - parked our car in the parking deck and walked wherever we needed to go all weekend. Fantastic location near two great restaurants - the Matador and Hyman's

This is our second time staying in this building. It’s a great location for walking around town. We will definitely stay there in the future.

The location is outstanding and the suite cleanliness was adequate. The location above the restaurant down stairs and the 24 hour a day drone from the exhaust fans made it difficult to relax and sleep. The unit also has several repair issues that need to be addressed.

The suite was beautiful and well represented in pictures. We had a few hiccups in the visit: 1) Parking was unavailable in the recommended facility. This prompted a scramble upon arrival 2) The suite is located two floors above a bar and a floor above an events center which was *rocking* in night one of the stay. Didn’t really bother us but could impact some “early to bed” types 3) With a tankless water heater on a cold weekend it took *time* to get hot water to faucets and the tub. An additional challenge was… 4) The tub is a challenge to get in and out of. We are able bodied people in our 50s and this was tricky for us. Otherwise, the suite was VERY comfortable. Kitchen, living quarters and bathroom all very well appointed. The location is *perfect*. Despite the list above, we would absolutely book this suite again.

Great location with all the amenities needed to enjoy Charleston. Really enjoyed the outdoor space. Look forward to going back.

The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. The unit was very quiet with no street noise. The bedroom was dark for sleeping comparable to a hotel with very comfortable pillows and bedding. The bathroom is very spacious with generous counter space for getting ready. Private balcony with access to rooftop was a great way to get fresh air. Easy check in process. The restaurant below was a huge perk and nice find for a night cap. Will be back!

We are in our late 30s and came to celebrate a bach/bachelorette party. The condo was clean and had a very comfy bed! Great location is close to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Communication was quick and easy. Target is close by so getting essentials was easy. We were a short walk to the city market place and lots of other stores and shops. Had lunch at the Little Palm which was great. We would definitely stay again.

We were looking for a place to stay that was in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and College of Charleston and this place was perfect. Parking was close too. The unit was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable!
