Surfside Condo with Private Pool – 3 Minutes to the Beach

Beautiful condo with everything you could ever need to make your trip great. We especially loved the fact that they had portable beach chairs and umbrellas to use at any of the many nearby beaches. There wasn’t a cooler bag, so we purchased one and left for the next vacationers. Quiet location, within 2 minute walk from the beach. Would love to come back.

Perfect size for us with delightful neighbours. Being surrounded with nature, an outdoor rooftop deck and separate sitting area in the shade. Walking distance to the beach with several restaurants from local to upscale. Only negatives were uncomfortable bed and 15 minute taxi ride to amenities such as grocery stores. No ability to get large bottled water and only l cleaning in 3 weeks. Still can't figure out the stove, induction or electric or what? Also being charged for a late check out was disappointing. Maybe our fault but we assumed the same conditions would apply as our last year's vacation rental at a different property with My Huatulco Vacations, eg. one cleaning a week, and fresh water delivery. That being said, we still had a wonderful stay. If it sounds nit picking, just honest feedback and we would book through them again, just read the small print of which there is a lot.

I am 54 years old and that was the most pleasant experience I’ve had ever. I enjoyed it so much we are in the process of buying real estate in the area we stayed in. Only improvements I would make is to have a microwave but that just shows how lazy we were to cook. The condo was extremely pleasant and modern. I wish I could articulate our experience better.

Our stay at La Bocana was amazing, we stayed for about 10 days and we felt right at home. The space had all the basic elements for a nice, comfortable stay with my family and was in a quiet location near the ocean (though not for swimming), but not far from town. The team in charge was super attentive and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed in advance and during our stay. Absolutely recommended for any future travelers considering staying here.

It was so convenient and clean, the house manager so friendly and kind.. highly recomend this place to enjoy your vacation.. 5 min to playa conejo and 1 minute walk to playa bocana yo surf..

Loved the plunge pool - up in the treetops with the birds. Didn’t love the construction site in the back yard.

It was our first time in Bocana. We loved the quiet atmosphere and small community feel. Loved walking the beach daily, watching birds and surfers! Just far enough from town to slow down and relax. Exactly what we were looking for. Make sure to try Dona Duvi’s and Los Güeros both had good food.
